Well our congressman Al Wynn (D-MD 4) has decided to give up his office after losing in the primary election earlier this year so he can go to work for a DC law firm. I cannot begin to describe the utter contempt that I feel for him at this time. With his departure, our district will be without representation in Congress until next year. I am not a legal scholar, but the discussion seems to focus on a special election to fill the seat and that has many in MD opposed due to the cost. I understand and sympathize to a degree, but I wonder how many concerned citizens in a district would also agree to no voice in Congress for that length of time.
I only hope that MD Governor Martin O'Malley has the legal authority to appoint someone to fill the seat during this time. That would negate the need for a special election and solve that issue.
I would hope that somehow Al Wynn would be made to forfeit any salary from the term that he does not fulfill........Goodbye Al and don't let the door hit your fat, bloated ass on the way out!!!!!!!!!
Acid Cold Infusion Tea cigars
Actually a very pleasant smoke. Hints of flavor (smokers who don't like flavored cigars beware). The webpage lists scents such as peach cobbler and fresh pine, I cannot say that I noticed either of those at all. The cigar itself is 6.75x44 Lonsdale and very well-made, nearly 2 inches of ash holds steady. Nice and even draw throughout with a high-octane nicotine rush as you smoke past the band area making the last draws some of the most enjoyable. This cigar will not fume out a room, something to keep in mind living in an apartment. Famous-Smoke gives it a 9-10 rating and I added mine as well.If you guys like a nice mild cigar, give the Acid Cold Infusion Teas a try :)
