I am probably the most pessimistic, cockeyed, but heartfelt, optimist that you'll ever happen to meet.

I am passionate about my life, those I care about, and the things that I believe in. If I give anything, I give my all. I can also flip over to being ridiculously logical and analytical about everything else.

I'm eclectic in my beliefs, my knowledge, my interests, and my pursuits. I always want to know more about everything and learning new things is my favorite hobby.

Politically, I'm a social liberal, but somewhat of a fiscal conservative. I firmly believe in social justice for all and am a dedicated pacifist.

Socially, I'm painfully introverted, but still love to have a large group of friends with which to spend time. My friends group is just as eclectic as me, though it tends to lean towards freaks and geeks of high intelligence, low patience for stupidity, and beliefs outside the so-called mainstream.

I am happily intelligent and verbose. I use big words proudly and often. I expect people who interact with me to also be intelligent, reasonably verbose, and to have a basic understanding of spelling, language, and grammar.

In general, I have a twisted, sometimes morbid, sense of humour. I can find a laugh in practically anything and am usually laughing loudest when the world is falling around my ears. I see the absurd in everything and it often shows.
