If you are 16 - 20 years old right now, or your child, grandchild, you will begin to 'experience' the awakening of your Neptune-Uranus energy. This means that in your natal astrological birth chart the planet Uranus (chaos, truth, visionary and rebel) conjunct Neptune (mysticism / dream worlds, illusions, addiction and self undoing) is going to awaken when the planet PLUTO (death and transformation) begins to conjunct them. This will "begin and start" around Feb 2012 for the older ones (20 ye...

As a shaman I rarely dream anymore for myself, the foundation and second level of dreaming is already unified from not only my personal healing journey and my shamanic initiations completed... Last nights dream is of the future for the kids who are 16 - 20 right now: I am dreaming, I am at a warehouse or a big area like that, there are lots of kids between the ages of 25 ...- 30, and a lot of 'dogs of the underworld'. Serpents in dreams, myth and art around the world reflect the cycles of Nature moving one forward in the evolution of consciousness. Pagans, Mystery schools of Greece and Egypt, indigenous cultures around the world as well as matriarchal societies throughout history view serpents as symbols of the divine feminine of the earth and the instinctual nature (dream body) leading us towards enlightenment. These traditions find the joyful expression of the body through movement... read more

Dreams can be an internal MEDICINE that is brought forth out here in the 'waking' dream. Even though some parts of the dream are actually healing you, mostly, your inner dreamer (higher self) is giving you instruction and teachings and showing you what to do on this side to manifest the teaching (self practice of healing the self). Like the Musician gets music from the dream worlds, they have to actually practice it with their guitar, piano or violin, thus too we have to practice o... read more

Shamanism and Shaman are two different realities. Shamanic Initiation is a fierce and deadly game that the person and the ancestors know. Not all awakening is Kundalini awakening, although it is a commonly used term when referred to mystical and paranormal experiences . Shamanic initiation is probably the least understood of all the spiritual processes and cannot be done by a human. Despite the recent uprising in world wide shamanic knowledge. Shamans do not initiate other Shamans, as occurs ...

William D. Hyder and Georgia Lee (c)1994 From the beginning, scholars such as Alfred Kroeber, Campbell Grant, Travis Hudson, and Georgia Lee turned to shamanism to explain Chumash rock art. They could not be certain the artists were shamans. They were speculating largely on the basis of the art itself, art that seems born in the imagery of shamanic experience. The word shaman, however, encompasses a broad range of societal roles filled by very di... read more

As a Dreamkeeper, I know sometimes it takes lifetimes to heal our soul, sometimes 100 or even 3000 years. However long, it takes both sides of a dream to find forgiveness of something painful. Be it your own sister, your group of friends, a country or even the world... take your time, forgiveness is slow but steady in the lunar mysteries of life, death and rebirth. If another won't forgive, then both sides become the self and that is strong medicine as they say.

In the dreaming worlds we do it blindly and don't even know what the bike looks like to get on it. To begin a discipline to master the beginnings of dreaming we look to its worlds, which is through our emotional body, our creativity and our imagination until we get good enough that we begin to see its effects in this world as the 'seen' aspects of the results of the intent. A dreamer is a believer and that is the opening gates to such non physical realities.

Hare, like Moon, sleeps with her eyes open. Blind hare recovers sight by diving. The moon is the watcher of the sky, that is to say she sleeps with her eyes open; so also does the hare, hence the 'somnus leporinus' became a proverb.1 This is yet another way of referring to the moon as the "light in the darkness" symbolizing inner wisdom. An example from a modern time referring to the hare's 'inner eye' saying a blind hare it was, is the German tale of "The Bl... read more

"The Natural Predator of the Psyche" Developing a relationship with the wild nature is an essential part of woman's individuation. In order to accomplish this, a woman must go into the dark, but at the same time she must not be irreparably trapped, captured, or killed on her way there and back. The Bluebeard story is about that captor, the dark man who inhabits all woman's psyches, the innate predator. --- To restrain the natural predator of the psyche it is necessary for women to remain in ...

In the tradition of Shamans, in order to attain the gifts of the all, a certain level of the underworld tests must be passed. Mother earth will give you a sacred stone if you pass a certain level. I passed mine and had a dream during that time. While the earliest archaeological artifacts thus far found at Chichen Itza date from AD 1 to 250, it is probable that the site was settled at a far earlier time. Proto-Mayan tribes had inhabited the flat limestone plateau that makes up much of the Yucatan peninsula for at least 8000 years. These nomadic peoples would certainly have discovered the enormous natural well, called a cenote, next to which the city of Chichen Itza later grew.
