"Jaguar helps to dismember that which must die in order to be reborn.

Since 1987 I have been apprenticed by the spirit of the healing serpent and the black jaguar and now these are completed and my work. I am entering the final elder stage with the initiations and my apprenticeship with the Condor... I follow only Mother Earths initiation and teachings directly from her nature and my own healing path that is now completed for the initiations and spirit apprenticeship. When I work those seeking knowledge, healing or those seeking crisis, who may feel their life is beyond repair, I send her home with jaguar and my apprentices have thought this was a metaphor, but when I work with others one on one, I come to them in dreams, as myself or my jaguar or the world serpent energy of the cosmic egg which is more on a collective level.

As a death and rebirth shaman represented under the more archaic grandmother medicines, this assists her or him to allow these parts of self that needing to die to occur, or serpent who appears as an initiated of a pre-manifested sickness usually there for an awakening, and at the same time regain some balance from the chaos in ones life. Black Jaguar energy along with my buffalo and bear medicines who are the higher umbrella, I work with, can be called forth to sooth the energetic chaotic spread of a dis-ease, or to assist a dying person to find that level of peace needed in the dying process, and guide her journey back to the world of Spirit. Releasing some heavy energies into the flowing river of emotional blockage.

Serpent medicines are the awakening medicines and Jaguar medicines are the protector of the sick person, and protects the space against any negative energy or multi-dimensional realities that could penetrate a healing circle. When a client needs spiritual or psychological protection, I connect her with jaguar energy and most often she reports seeing a large jaguar in her dreams. If she is new on the path serpent medicine will come in from the ethers and appear as itself, its supporters such as grandmothers spider, owl, raven, bat or other internal night medicines.

I am Black Jaguar and Human and many of my clients and apprentices have been witness to this in my healing and circles. Now that these initiations are completed, when I was in Peru in August of 2009, in my dreamtime, a male Puma (blond jaguar) merged with me and this bringing me back to the middle world fully with the gifts of the underworld. Now I prepare for the Great Spirit and the teachings of the Condor Medicines in 2010 till my passage. It has already begun in my circles and experiences and this is my earned right of passage now with the pre-gods or primal earth of cave medicines.

As a shaman, if you come to feast upon my table without respect, nor deep listening, then you are not hungry enough for the food I serve. It will be neither satisfying nor digestible. If, on the other hand, you are truly hungry, sick or tormented and come with humbleness, I shall beat death upon my drum and we shall feast upon your fears together to overcome. Such nourishment is filling for an eternity.

Welcome to my site, I am a spirit chosen and spirit initiated shaman, an organic dreamkeeper. Having completed my 28 year journey of the knowledge path, the healing path and the spirit path and now at 51, enter my calling with my own ancestors. I am a full time transformational healer using my medicines of dreamtime following in the spirit footsteps of the grandmother cave medicines, the oldest healing based in woman's ability to reach gently yet deeply and powerfully into the separations of our physical and spiritual dis-eases.

Working within the veils of the three worlds, I help others find and allow slowly, the building of a personal bridge between mind and emotional body, inner and outer reality and material and spiritual balance which leads to self awareness and internal medicine experienced, to connect beyond mind and body into the deeper wellspring intelligence of the Soul and her unique voice.

The Earth Healing arts speak deeply to us: our personal past, our past life karma and our need for freedom from fear into wholeness. The inner dreamer (higher mind, soul or higher self) identifies ones personal bondage of fear as personal illusion, denial and dis-empowerment and with the subtle emotional intelligence of our spirit, transforms these into empowerment, intuition, dreamtime and visionary self guidance. In other words, Self trust.

Our inner home, our inner landscapes and our interior realities re-gain balance by nurturing our emotional needs, healing our wounded past, bringing awareness to our unfulfilled desires and our ability to speak truth without fear of being judged or abandoned by family, friends or groups. The importance of loving and trusting the Self is a difficult but mandatory survival skill if one expects to maintain personal health even when life tests us. This is the true path of a spiritual seeker who is ready to begin to experience the depth and nature of her own wisdom that lay hidden and dormant.

Seeking allows us to go beyond our limitations and limited belief systems based on our youth or the youth of the collective. The path of self-exploration moves us beyond mental concepts and theologies and awakens our feelings, moving us out of stagnation, depression, anxiety and slowly begins to creates a spark of inner freedom where we can breath deeply by loving both our true nature in all its shadows and chaos. We may then begin to find balance by accepting the natural teachings of Mother Nature and Mother Earth. Wherever we hold personal fears, our spirit is in poverty, wherever we nurture the creative and intuitive self we fulfill our need and desire for harmony and peace."

I work across the U.S., Mexico and Canada and do week long healing intensives with individuals wanting personal attention sessions in their home and I stay at your home with you. Discover the art of Rattles and Spirit Rattles. The basic use for Rattles are to dispel dis-ease in any form or elemental, energetic or physical. Some use them in ritual and celebration to build energy in spaces as weel. Some use them to clear space from negative spirits or negative energy and still, some use it clear their healing or personal spaces from thoughts and previous action. Rattle is power in a sound form and is empowerment, inside the Rattle made from your own hands are the sacred intention for its power as an extension of the self.

In this workshop, we will discover the significance of Rattles, as well as respect for Rattle and its uses. You will then create and birth your own Sacred Rattle charged with your energy. Your personal prayers and intent will give it life. You will select the elements of your Rattle honoring all or one of the Spirit directions. The body of Rattle is made of animal hide and bringing us together with the spirit totems. The handle is made of wood, touching us to the Tree People. The contents include sacred plants (corn, tobacco, and rice), crystal chips, sea shells, sea salt, glass, beads, etc... Please bring anything you may want to include in your Rattle or share with others. Each Rattle will be made the natural way and blessed with sage and sweetgrass in ceremony and painted by you.

RATTLE: The basic Rattle is for those new upon the path. Those who wish to begin to work with medicine tools of sound with intention. The Rattle has two sides on hand stitched Animal Hide with a two-sided head, on which images can be painted, a balanced handle wrapped in good quality natural leather to give an excellent grip and feel and embellishments of items that are special to you and your path. Walking your path with inner power can be assisted by the basic Rattle which is uncomplicated and simple, holding a simple resonant sound created by adding tiny pebbles or beads or natural seeds from Nature. Though this Rattle is designed for those new on the healing and spiritual path, it could serve your purpose for a long time as your path deepens.

SPIRIT RATTLE: A primal, earth connected Shamanic Rattle for those who undertake ceremonies and rituals with Nature, those who work with beyond the Veil will seek a Spirit Rattle which carries power. Listening to the voices of Spirit or the Spirits of Mother Earth, speaking to them when you use a Spirit Rattle. Depending upon the depth and spirals of your own healing journey, it will be mirrored in strength that reflects equally your own. A two sided, hand sewn Animal Hide, the head of these ancient styles are the shapes of Journey Animals of Ocean, Land or Air. Depending upon what you are working with, to Ground [Land], to learn from Spirit [Air] or to delve into Mother Earth [Land] and heal, this Rattle surmounts you searching a special piece of wild wood with a particular, evocative shape that you are called to carry. These Rattles inspire and carry the wild power of the land, air or water and also reflect Avian [Air], Animals [Land] or Water [Ocean] which includes Water Image Patterns, Dragons or Mythical Imagery]. They often have feathers or aspect of some animal totem hanging on the stick. A Spirit Rattle has feathers attached to the handle and partially covering one face of the head, and so it is only possible to decorate the other face. Find or gather or ask the Avian to bring you feathers specifically for your Rattle. Spirit can guide you to whatever feathers you need. What you put inside the head ensures that the sound from this Rattle is strong and clears around your energy space, and can be filled with small flint pebbles, tiny river pebbles, mixed with healing stones from local sources and helps spirit voices speak through your Rattle. Animal hide with stitching so it is durable, holds image and strength.

DREAM SERPENT RATTLE: Serpents are linked with Feminine Wisdom and Power and are the oldest Rattles connected with the Neolithic Grandmothers or Great Goddess Medicines of Primal Cave Dreamers. For those whose path is Rainbow [Many Traditions] the Wisdom Serpent represents the power of nurturing, of healing yourself, of love and unity of both your male or female sides into wholeness. Asking Spirit or your Higher Self to show you Sacred Images to paint on your Rattle is suggested before the workshop in which you Dream with your Rattle before it is manifested. Serpent Imagery painted on the handle is to represent your Life Force Energy connected to the Earth [Grounded-ness] and the Spirit of Life on Earth and also to Dream with Sacred Souls who have similar paths at the collective level. Rattle handles also should be decorated with Spirals, Images of Serpents or any Night Symbolism.

MEDICINE RATTLE: For those who are working on a healing journey and atonement or work with the world Indigenous or Native American Medicine Wheel, creating a Rattle to mirror your own personal journey of healing is the foundation of a Medicine Rattle. It is directly inspired by the Native Plains such as the Cheyenne, Cherokee and Mohican. Medicine Wheel colors of Red, Yellow, Black and / or White and the Images of your personal Totem Animals or Spirit Animals such as the Wolf, Hawk, Raven, Eagle, Buffalo, Bear, Owl, Vulture, Jaguar, Cougar or Cave Human Spirit forms are brought into Image as you work with the specific Medicines of Clearing, Boundaries, Dispelling negative Emotion such as Anger, Jealousy, Envy, Control, etc. putting the intention to clear those in the Rattle.

Mary Novak begins her 14th season of leading group Middle and Underworld Shamanic Journeys for those who are on the wisdom/healing path of the inner journey. "The underworld is a place of healing, soul fragmentation, past lives and inner child separation this lifetime, a place where no-time exists in a non-ordinary reality, where you travel to reach a part of yourself unable in this world with the limitations of mind and body. Many people choose to work with soul retrievals to reclaim parts of the self and during times of transitions when life brings them tests such as dis-eases, transformation, new perspectives of the self, destruction or chaos. SEER (Oracle)
A seer is one who sees into energetic impressions of a living story from the collective or individual. But it is not the ordinary sight that is meant. The seeric gift is an emotional endowment. Seer readings are for the health and well being of my clients and their emotional life and issues in the present. I see images (a story) that is like live dream, your living movie in your sub-conscious or emotional body the wisdom is coming from you and your higher self. I read this story that appears and then we bridge to what your questions and concerns are. Seership is one who enters the dreaming body of another; a person with unusual powers of foresight; Observer: one who perceives visually; "an incurable seer of the soul" and an authoritative spiritual person who communicates with the Ancestors.

What Is a Seer according to Religion?
A seer is one who sees “things which [are] not visible to the natural eye” ( Moses 6:36 ). By seeing through “spiritual eyes” ( Moses 1:11 ), a seer obtains knowledge of truths beyond the vision of others. By seeing in vision that to which the universal life force opens to the “eyes of their understanding”, A seer is able to see whatever is expedient in the past, present, or future and is able to interpret and clarify and universal truths. Enoch and Moses are scriptural examples of Seers. “And the king said that a seer is greater than a prophet. "A seer can know of things which are past, and sometimes what is to come, and by them shall all things be revealed, or, rather, shall secret things be made manifest, and hidden things shall come to light, and things which are not known shall be made known by them, and also things shall be made known by them which otherwise could not be known.” ( Mosiah 8:13–17.)

CLAIRVOYANCE:

I use my Clairvoyance to read each individual chakra' for health intuitive readings and for personal issues. The term clairvoyance (from 17th century French with clair meaning "clear" and voyance meaning "vision") is used to refer to the alleged ability to gain information about an object, person, location or physical event through means other than the known human senses, a form of extra-sensory perception. A person said to have the ability of clairvoyance is referred to as a clairvoyant ("one who sees clearly").

Personal Shamanic Work for CLIENTS:
If you are not in Saint Louis, MO, I come to your house for a One Week intensive. This is my Death Shaman work, your case should be serious and where other shamans have not been able to have success. You have to (but not always, each case is different) have a background in some type of practice with discipline such as yoga or meditation (not knowledge). If you do not then I will counsel you by phone according to your level. My extensive experience is in Death and Dreamtime Shamanic practices to overcome a very deep level of transformation. Phone Reading for CLIENTS:
Seer or Clairvoyant Readings long distance by phone and charge the same as I do in town. United States, Mexico or Canada by appointment and payment must be made first.

ENERGY CLIENTS:
I do not do energy or shamanic work long distance because my work is intimate and I prefer in person. I do travel to you or you can travel here and I also do individual intensives from 3 - 7 days staying with you in your home in Mexico, Canada or the U.S. I do have references of healing clients if needed.
