From Mary Novak… I am a collective Shaman Dreamkeeper of the Black Jaguar Nations and will be in trance on stage drumming a collective Shamanic Ritual to open up the portal of energy below us for the collective shift. "I have been working on the Mounds both in St. Louis and Cahokia, Hawaii, Columbia South America, Guatemala, Vancouver and the Northwest over the past ten years preparing them for the 2012 shifts. I will create within my power an alignment as a vessel for the great spirit or power spirits to move through my Shamanic Drumming Ritual, where my apprentices will be standing at the Water Altar for everyone to say a prayer, leave a prayer or an offering to the water spirits before or after Sherry's performance. As I am in trance drumming I will be working with the water Spirits, the primordial Grandmothers in Spirit, the Black Jaguars or Panthers, the Primordial Wolves of the old growth Forrest before the Mounds existed and calling in prayer the shifting energy of the Dragons and Phoenix. I ask for your support by chanting quietly the name of a god or goddess or indigenous Water Spirit sometime during our ritual. In the space between the Arch and the great Mother Mississippi is a great portal, an access point of energy... great gusts of coming and going, of borderland places between realms, the chance to shape-shift. The water gives us the knowing of constant change, that which heals. In this dancing, I intend to give my body back to the primal sacred from whence it came. This is my personal Dream Journal... Wednesday Sept 17 I am dreaming, I am sitting at a computer making reservations to fly to Puerto Rico, the calendar that I am working at says February 4th to February 13 2009. I am awake. Notes: This is the second dream this month and I have to honor this dream now. So I made my reservations today to fly to PR to visit my niece Kiki with my daughter Erika next February. Monday Sept 1 I am dreaming and I am with a group of people near the ocean along side a hotel. There are lots of visitors and I am not sure where I am. I become lucid and then I see a truck go by and it says San Juan PR. My niece Kiki lives here so I start to ponder about how I can find her street and apartment. I've seen photos of her street but I cannot remember her street name. I start to walk to wander Old San Juan. I am awake. Friday August 28 For the past two weeks I have had many visits in this world from Bats, Nighthawks, my neighborhood Black Cat and the continuance for eight weeks of white butterfly's and red cardinals. Bat Medicine has brought me a new awareness in my dreams and last night when they came a storm was brewing and the wind was blowing. I asked the wind what it is they wanted to show me. That night wind and bat showed me next year that my work would increase very much. I thanked the bat for its prophecy. When I stood in the wind as the storm grew closer, the sensor lights of three neighbors were coming on and off for about an hour.... as ghosts were flying everywhere. When I went to sleep that night I was roaming on the astral planes and it was a full night of dreaming. Tues August 18 I am dreaming, I go to a grocery store with my eldest sister Diana. She is acting differently, more free and lucid and I notice the difference because she has always been organized and accomplishes a lot which is very positive as well. I decide to just do my shopping and when I finished at the check out she was still not around. I went outside and it was just after dusk and the store was almost closed. I stood wandering what happened to her and then my cell phone rang. It was my dead mother who said hello, how are you. I said I am fine but Diana has dis-appeared. Note: This is a foundation personal dreaming. The parts of me that were organized and productive had to be destroyed about ten years ago in order for me to heal myself and then enter the shamanic initiations. It destroyed my life which was both good but also basic survival instincts had to also be let go in order to push through the shamanic reality of the universe. Now that I am back, my missing intimate aspect of my the positive old aspects that help me define my work now, must be found. The phone call from my mother, on the other side, was calm and not concerned at all which represents my higher self at a spirit level. So I let go about any organization or need for those types of things as I move forward in my work. Tues August 5: I am dreaming and I am at a place that is older French buildings in Saint Louis. There is a party at one of the large halls and my family, daughter, a few nieces from Chicago are with us. We go into the large hall and there is a fancy party going on and we are all now dressed elegantly. I see my ex-husband in which we are friends, both in this dreams and the waking dream. Then I see my first love after my divorce who I go to kiss. I stop and say I have to go pee and as I am in the bathroom I see my ex lurking in the dark, I go into the room and he is all sweating and angry and the lover is just looking. The phone rings and its my daughter and she keeps saying something and I keep saying to speak louder. She says her cousin my niece Paloma just died from a suicide. Notes: This is such an easy dream. I started my detox with the master cleanse four days ago, where you just drink liquids for 14-30 days. My ex and lover are my Mars and Saturn which is the way I use my energy in the physical world. Mars always ruled when I was younger, now Saturn is the best approach, slow and steady for the long journey in life. My niece has always struggled with her weight and so she is the symbolism that my subconscious is letting me know that It understands my request of detoxing everything in my body for another round since January 1st and i will probably lose the extra weight from my last eight year dream trip where I was not really in the world! Good dream for the physical waking dream. Monday, July 28: I did energy healing on my apprentice Dee. I never do my shamanic work nor seer work when I do energy work, ever and for good reasons. I always just hold the emptiness needed for a grounded sensitivity to sense each chakra and what state of movement or blockage they are in. Today for the first time ever I had a visitor. It was a woman all in white with white hair, she was far in the distance and came close about 20 feet. When I was working on the solar plexus, she laid her hands on top of mine and I could feel her energy going through. I shared this with Dee and told her I thought maybe it was her or her guide, because as I stated I only hold the black void or nothingness states in healing. That night around 10 pm I turned off all my lights, my computer and went sound to sleep. Around 3:30 am i awoke to the sound coming from my dining room, where my computer was on playing the song.... "Playing the Angel" the song Precious loudly by Depeche mode. I have spirit visitations in my house and so I got up and went into the kitchen half asleep, I sat down and listened in the wee hours the song. It was a special song to me, it was written by the singer by the singer of the band, when he got divorced and it was how helpless he felt when he saw his children suffer from the terrible divorce with his wife. I always associated the song with what happened to me with my own children when Spirit called and destroying my life resulting in not living with my own two children since they were ten and twelve. Last night when i was listening to the song, I heard it with new ears in the present moment, long after my healing and my children and even their dads healing as we all moved on and are now like a family again, with karma paid within each of our souls. This time when I listed to the song it was as if spirit sent to me, the white haired angel lady and her healing for both of us. I cannot speak for Dee, but for me it was the healing of even the painful experiences I had received in my healing journey through the shamans initiations. How sweet is that. Here is the song: www.youtube.com/watch July 24: There are two things I did out of the ordinary this past week that has effected these last two entries, one was I went to a fire ceremony with my apprentices, which I never attend ceremony's anymore because of the nature that my healing journey is over and have spent many years in circles and being open and vulnerable now to the collective, it has effects on me. The second was I went to Cahokia Mounds. Both dreaming's are below. July 22: I am dreaming, I am with a group of people, maybe 100 all being gathered to something or somewhere. I become lucid in the dreaming, I am sitting near the end of a long row of seats, there are men who are white, in fact there are only all white people on this thing. I cannot tell what it is at first. We are flying slowly about 200 feet above the earth, everything is invisible but I can tell its a ship of some kind. The men are injecting things in the people up in the front, I know whats happening now, but I don't see the alien nation beings who run this ship, they are not here. The white men in their 50's and 60's are doing all the experiments.... I'm now wondering if I was given the injection if they started in the back first because I wasn't lucid until now, when I saw them up front. Then I start to look around the environment and we are floating above New Mexico somewhere, we are lower now, about 100 feet above the ground, I can see the colors and details of the landscape as we are getting closer as this invisible ship is beginning to land near a remote area. I make a decision to wake up at this moment to leave this dreaming out of safety for myself. The others I cannot help, none of them were lucid or looked me in the eyes to make contact, not even the men doing the work on them. I then woke up, it was about 4 am and i noted the specifics in my head to myself and then went back to sleep. When I woke up at 8 am, the back of my head was killing me, my entire body seemed drained but I wasn't sick. My skull and head was hot but only in specific area's, I had to cancel all my appointments and lay down all day. Today, two days later I still feel woozy but much better. I did some self healing and ceremony's last night. July 21: I am awake I went to Cahokia Mounds at midnight with my son, to help him transition from the break up with his girlfriend. I saw white, clear and soft flashes of light on top the mounds, when I called our lineage ancestors from Poland to assist my son. It was now about 1:30 am and a police officer was way down by my parked car shining the light on top the mound. We began to leave and the officer just left, he saw us coming down the steps but didn't bother us. July 15: I dreamed three last night... I am dreaming, I see a baby that has parts of its skull coming off in the back. Then I shift dreams and there is another child, older in the desert and I begin to follow it, I go to mountains and deserts and the colors are very distinct and again its skull is coming slowly apart and beginning to shed like a a snake sheds its skin. Then the dream shifts again and I am at a womans house and she has a cottage near a lake, I asked her about it, she said it was Michaela's old cottage, but Michaela is only gone for the summer, if I wanted to rent it for the summer. I said is it free, and she said no, so I decided not to take it and kept wandering on. Notes: The cottage I live in was a healer here named Michaela's old place and the woman in the dream didn't quite look like my landlady but when I woke up I knew symbolically it was her. Some Skull Symbols on the web: Psychological Meaning: The psychologist Carl Jung decided to become a psychologist after dreaming of skulls in a deep cellar under his house. The skull represented his desire to probe the secrets of the human. To dream of a skull may also be a symbol of mortality and your spiritual contemplation of the meaning of life and death. It may also refer to finality and the things in life that cannot be avoided. Mystical Meaning: To the gypsies a skull represents wisdom derived from ancestors. To drink from a skull means sharing in their wisdom. A skull breaking apart is free from the lower nature of the human experience. In Ireland, it can be a symbol of truth for it is believed that if a wo/man takes an oath on a skull but is lying, s/he will die soon after. For me, this dream this month, was just after doing my big ceremony with my sister at the Black Madonna Shrine. We called in our four polish lineage ancestors and I have a feeling this has to do with my shamanic lineage from Poland and my blood ancestors and them beginning to engage more in my dream life and waking dream. July 7: I had long dreams teaching my other niece Katy who is a mother of one and pregnant with her second. She is a surgical nurse and a very deep woman. We talked for a long time in the dream walking and I was teaching her the stories and lessons of my shamanic journeys. JUNE 18 - 28: My Gemini Moon this month seems to be turning into stories on my web of both the night and waking dreams are turning into Articles. Also the woman who hired me to do a psychopomp for the spirit in demon shadow pain changed her mind. I already did half the work in dreamtime and removed her putting her out of harms way. She said her and her lady friends will do a 'receiving' whatever that means i have no idea. I let go and this morning did ritual and dreamtime last night to let the 17 year old out of bondage and back in her room with the 12 year old girl who she murdered. I did part of the work last night in my dreaming as I came back up from the underworld holding her, as I experienced millions of black bugs were all around me, as I descended back up, to bring the girl back to the middle world. I cried all this morning, feeling compassion for both the two girls who now must suffer and wait for the lady to do the work. I told her she had to free this girl before she physically died, otherwise those two girls would be marked as murder on her soul. : ) JUNE 7 I was suppose to go to some land today, a woman hired me to do a psychopomp and I prepared last night and went to bed.... I dream walked first to Arizona to a bed and breakfast with my sister Ellen and there was a 50 year old-ish man, tall blondish who owned the place and we chatted a bit, he gave me his business card but I didn't look at it and just put it in my pocket. Then I popped out of that and was standing at a door. I opened the door and there was a young girl about 17 short blond hair, who looked like the fifty year old man in Arizona. I knew it was her brother and I knew I was at the land that I was suppose to assess today. The maiden was stuck in a time warp, she was from around 1968 and had committed suicide. When i entered the room, she had a little girl about 12 with blood all over her dress as captive and I knew she had murdered the 12 year old. The 17 year old was mad, not as in angry but as in madness. She had killed the 12 year old and herself. I went in and freed the 12 year old and she ran out of the room to the other healthy spirits. At that point i walked toward the 17 year old who is still under the influence of the madness at time of suicide, she didn't know she was dead. It was here I went into my psychopomp, its a sort of trance state in dream walking or the waking dream, no difference. I have done it before, and at those times I feel like a high priestess at Delphi with the veil over my head as I become emotionless not by choice, but it just happen and I feel eternally connected to the all, all grandmothers wisdoms through the eons, i suppose its a trance to do the dark work without judgment which seems very primal grandmother to me.... In that state I carried her out of the room, which was an open natural magnetic field on the land [portal] and moved her to a sort of prison or holding tank. Then I woke up and the phone rang. It was the woman calling to cancel for the day, she said she wasn't ready but didn't tell me why. She is very nice and loves the land and animals so much. I told her my dream walking and said the 17 year old is like a girl in the mall, holding a gun, every spirit around is upset and nervous. She said this land was an orphanage for a long time, and then Washington University used it as a alchohol and drug rehab center. I told her when she was ready to call me. The 17 year old in her state is fine, but needs to go to the lower worlds to wait for reincarnation at some point in the future so she can go soul retrieval her. Most when they die automatically go, but as I stated she is stuck in a time warp in this middle world. When I do these, it is out of love and respect, a healing takes place for both the land owner and the girl and even her brother who is alive right now somewhere in the southwest. When I do the Spiral Psychopomp all the releases of energy that are like a big cloud, will return to all the living and the dead at that moment. For those alive, there will be a shift, for others a jerk, like a bird hits their window or a bike falls in front of them, something of a physical nature. For the others who are dead, they are returned a piece of their shadow cleared to reintegrate. MAY 30/31 I am now all moved into my apartment, bought a mattress yesterday morning for the floor in my bedroom and have been sleeping on the couch for the last two weeks. Last night I finished hanging the curtains in my room, laid down to sleep and all of a sudden I felt "huge" amounts of energy that started near my closet across the back of the room coming towards me... at those seconds I didn't know if I had a room full of spirits [neighborhood's from the 1800's] or if i was sleeping on top of a huge vortex or portal because waves of energy began fluttering under me and what I thought was my own heart beating heavy, was passing through me or staying in me. I laid there for a bit and allowed it to happen and was peaceful. I then jumped up and went into to the living room and my heart was not beating at all. That confirmed I was with a group of heartbeats spirits that were a group, or something to be understood. I did a clearing, brought my rattles, sage, and then pulled out the big one, my sacred scepter staff and everything was gone. Their was an intense lightening storm the hour I experienced this. Today Sunday I got clarity about what it was. Three years ago when I finished all past lives integration I was dreaming and dream traveling visiting Piedras Negras Temples in Guatemala, that I was going to visit six months in the future. One dream travel I went down the river in a canoe and stopped along the bank where the temples had been, i sat in the boat waiting for something. At that moment I sensed a large expanded energy that was light. Its energy felt like a hummingbird but it was huge. It was both a part of nature but had its own individual consciousness. It started to come towards me and I was so mesmerized that it had started to enter my body. One rule, nothing enters my body of energy form. I kept saying wake up, wake up and i opened my eyes and the energy was still coming over into me and it was complete. I laid in shock and then with wisdom over the next two days realized it was my 8th and final past life of energy form without body. This past Friday I realized today, that this was the same thing, it was me in my most expanded consciousness form in the reverse coin, the dark or the yin energy of myself. My journey through the dark mysteries of all teachings in experience is now complete both light and dark. I am completed. Note that the multiple heartbeats of the energy that entered my body in a collective consciousness reality aligned and completed union with my four bodies and my own heart and this came from the yin feminine polarity not the yang masculine light which is associated with the heart of christ consciousness. Its the opposite. All teachings work in oppositions. You must complete both. MAY 28 I am dreaming, I am in a house, I glimpse to see just the side view of the back end of a black wolf or black dog moving into a room. I felt intensity and made myself wake up. I am awake. {Notes: When I woke up my body was tense, I thought, no....... a guardian dog to the underworld? not again, I can't spend another four years there. I took a deep breath as I laid in the dark and thought no, all my deaths and death journeys to the real underworld [hell] in mother earths belly are over and done. In stillness I said I will wait and see who or what this dog is attached to. When I woke up there was a message from Jen, my apprentice, who finished her 8 years and is now moving alone into her last four year healing journey into the mystery [dark moon]. I called her, we talked, I said its time to learn to do a Psychopomp, she is ready.] MAY 27 I am Dreaming, I am at a town square, there is a large totem pole at the center of the town like in Europe where the prominade is of stone, this stone was granite. My sister Ellen runs up and tears all the straw out of the scare crow that is the top of the totem. I watch her and climb up to try to re-stuff but I don't even make it half way up and I slide back down. I became lucid and looked at the meaning of the dream in the dream. I am awake. [Notes: my article yesterday here was to fear or not to fear. Not my fear but others, like the 23 year old abuser. I let go of defending myself from here forth with everyone, known or unknown. My I-Ching for the 2008 year said specifically "not to employ inferior people" in my life and the message in the dream was let the scare crow fall, let everyone fall rather than egage in their inner battles played outwards. Those who do not respect really just don't respect themselves. The other part of this is that Jerry the dead spirit that came into my home the other night, its time for me to work with the dead. In my 13 year healing journey I have always turned away from channeling and medium-ship and worked with the energy of group soul retrievals and would battle a spirit if it prevented someone from journeying... but now things have shifted, my awakening journey is completed, I am grounded and I am able to stand in the center and only engage if it is the truth and let all the half and quarter truths within others go and see it clearly.] MAY 18 Went to dream incubation with Kathy, Dee, Jen and myself in a Dream Incubation. I had one dream and I was watching Kathy as an observer while she was alone in her kitchen re-painting her Rattle in a stillness and sense of peace. MAY 16 Seems so much is going on this moon as far as oppositions of both light and dark right before me and within me as observer in the ordinary reality [waking dream] I only have one dreaming to share this cycle, I saw a huge, ancient turtle come out of a cave, it went back in and scientists had put oxygen on its mouth and hooked electrodes to its paws. The turtle then came out of the cave and it was a small turtle and I tossed some bread to it and it jumped and all its feet and head popped off. APRIL 30 Jacques Claudio came into my dreaming. Woke up, looked on the internet, and only one man had that name. I searched both on google france and google usa. He is a very very rich real estate man in Miami. I wrote the website an email saying that he had come into my dreaming. I got an auto reply that said, thank you for stopping by. Last time this happened it took one year for the results of my prophecy. I make no attachments to anything that happens in my dreaming, I just wait patiently. APRIL 20 Last night I and my three apprentices did group dream incubation for vision. It was the full moon in Scorpio at 5:25 am and Passover at 3:00 am. We did an ancient Goddess ritual putting our blood on the Sacred Tree's [paper], asking for Death to come. We called the Goddesses Lilith, Shakti, Hecate, Medusa, Durga, Kali to come visit us to bring us our vision and protection. Kathy and Dee and I were at Kathy's house. We went into Kathy's Moon Medicine Wheel that she built in her backyard and began ceremony. I turned on my cell phone's speaker so Jen and her son Jimmy in Memphis could join in the Ceremony. We called in the Spirits of each door in and set our intention asking for our vision to come into our Dreaming tonight. After the ceremony with the Full Moon all of us went to bed, the three of us all in Kathy's water bed and Jen in hers and Jimmy in his. Here were our Visions... Me {Mary] I did my Tibetan remote viewing practice holding with intent "time" as I went into dreamtime. At first I couldn't quite make out what I was seeing. I've remote viewed on Earth many times but what was before me was at first indistinguishable, but as I let go and fully just observed and absorbed the vision I began to see that it was our Solar System but not in the physical level it was the energetic lay lines and electro-magnetic fields. It was amazing; there was so much stuff there. Visually my mind is used to imaging the planets, asteroids, sun, earth, rocks, and organic life and even some inorganic. But when I saw it, it was filled with things everywhere, many planets, I would say 1000 more, billions of asteroids, colored shapes out of light all like a soupy ocean of organic living organisms, but all at the size of planetary proportions. I was truly amazed. I have astral traveled out of earth and out of the solar system many, many but my visions have always been relative to relativity, meaning it could 'se' at the level of a physical matter and what I could relate to. This was pure life in all its living and breathing forms. When I came back to waking consciousness or awake and lay in bed in the dark room it reminded me visually of a spiral galaxy with all the lights filling all spaces. I realized our own solar system is beaming with much more life that what many can percieve and see and how limited photography and infarred is compared to the human souls seeing through remote view. Even I did not think that remote view had levels of consciousness where I would see more and more of the invisible. Why I thought that I had no Idea, I guess you experience something for a few years like remote viewing and you forget that there are many, many levels of depth. I am always truly amazed and in awe to such abilities that the human has if they honor, heal and ultimately respect the feminine aspects of our being of our emotional body and its gifts. What I saw was all the dimensions of our solar system at the same time, exposed to my remote viewing. APRIL 18 Earthquake today at 4:45 am this morning woke me up. And another one at 10:24 AM. I am apartment sitting at a friends and I call her the crystal queen, because she has the large collection of crystals, stones, few two foot amethysts, water fish tanks filled with sliced white crystals and much more gem stones all over her apartment. I am the kind of person that if I hold even the tiniest of quartz crystal in my hand I can feel the energy surge all over my body and its uncomfortable because I am a dreamer magnetic which is like crystal and I am so sensitive to crystal energy on my body I have to rub my hand on my jeans. So I have a feeling I needed an intense two week crystal healing while I stay here, for my 2 year physical purification and thanks to Tanya's I am getting it all in one intense healing. I have had NO DREAMS since I have been here. I said a deep prayer last night and asked to be awoken from my dreaming so I am connected especially because of April 15th dreaming. As a Shaman I cannot afford to be asleep in my dreaming at night. So when the Earthquake shook and I woke up, I was having a regular dream and recognized it before I was fully awakened. Thanks Earthquake! APRIL 15 I woke up with lots and lots of scratches in uniform lines all across the inner arm from my wrist area to my elbow. All in a motion as if some claws were at the center of the underside of the arm and scratched towards the outer. They were bright red and now almost gone in fact they healed really fast almost all the way by the end of the day. Since I was not awake in my dream walking I don't know what happened. APRIL 14 I've been experiencing a lot of shifting in the Waking Dream since the New Moon in Aries. It’s a purification and new beginning month. Letting go of a lot of old relationships lately making room for new ones. My intimate circle of family and friends remain the same, but life is really clearing out what is left of my old life and I of course welcome and embrace change this month, the first moon of the next four year cycle. MARCH 30 For ten years when I dedicated to the foundation of dreaming the first of three levels, this gave me a complete understanding that everyone in a dream was me. Now that I have gone through the advanced levels of dreaming, the second level, and the shamanic initiations, the third and top level. Today, I know which dreams are first, second or third level dreaming. They are all three and one at the same time. My experience, self healing and inner wisdom now, know which level to focus on. This was a dream walking: I was sitting in a group observing a male dream teacher. I could see his soul and no one else in the group lecture could. He was a nice man, but very wounded. He began to share a dream of a very painful and dark dream but left many details out. I sat and listened to the dreaming. After he left one of his students came up to me and said, that dream was about his older brother. This morning as I write, I will probably meet this man, although because I only saw what his soul looked like in the form of a man and not the physical normal self of him. Dreams are very multidimensional; this is why I teach that one's INTUITION is more important when working with a dream, those logical details, although both must be worked with for balance. MARCH 28 Had a nice dinner date with my friend. Went to sleep that night and saw our astrology charts and sun was trine moon. MARCH 23 Jennifer is my graduated Apprentice after 8 years of teachings, I dreamed with her last night: I am standing on a Beach near the Northwest and Jennifer appears and she and I are silent looking into each others eyes. She then turns into a Mermaid and creates a circle in the sand with her finger tips. She arranges sea things, like shells and tubers etc in specific area's within the circle. She then begins to hover by stretching her body in a horizontal with arms stretched above her head on her right side, with mermaid tail towards the outside of the circle about maybe 6 inches above the sand. She then begins to go into a meditation and spins slowly in a counter clockwise rotation around the sea circle. MARCH 19 Rich, who I have just met recently, came into my dreaming last night. I have one rule in my dreaming... NO SEX. The reason for this is I am a DreamKeeper Collective Shaman and my dreaming does not belong solely to me, but to Humanity as well and therefore I have to practice the highest ethics and responsibility around all of its smallness and greatness. Earlier that evening after our coffee and visit he dropped me off at my home and it was the first time in my life when I went into dream walking, that I said yes to sex and it was wonderful. So even though he probably won't remember, I validated and asked him permission in the dreaming when we dream walked together and to me this is a very positive sign - what the Chinese call "Auspicious Dreaming" when it comes to matters of the Soul. I know myself really well and my Dreaming as a master. I have had only two men connected with me on a Soul level in Dreaming, one was from Ethiopia who I dated for a short time, he was also a Jaguar Medicine person like myself and he gave me the exact Temple in Guatemala in the dreaming, in which I was to travel there 6 months later. I had also prophetic dreamed with him and met him about 4 months before we met in this waking world. I dream walk with many clients, so its not unusual, but when I am soul connected to a man with love and relationship its much deeper because its continual waking and night dreaming connection. The other man was from Iran who I dated for two years and in love with, we had a personal relationship and it was wonderful to be connected in the dreaming, but he wanted children, and my kids were teenagers, so I set him free. About 4 months ago, I met my past love from Iran in the dream walk and he introduced me to his wife. When I woke up, I wrote him and asked if he had gotten married, and then added at the end, congratulations. He never wrote me back. But then 1 month ago I received an email inviting me to their baby shower. MARCH 16 UNIFIED DREAMING I entered the unified field on earth, I was standing alone at the bottom of some rolling hills, it was foggy and twilight evening. I saw Death slowly moving over the last hill toward me, I had no fear as I stood waiting. Death slowly came closer and time stood still in motion as death looked in my eye moving almost at a stand still. I looked at Death and it was me. note... my unification is completed with this dream. When I went to Berkeley two weeks ago, my Apprentice in Memphis Jennifer had told me two dreams from the night before, all I had remembered was the second vision, and totally was focused on that one... in the first vision she saw me as Lady of the Underworld [Death] and I had come to initiate her and her greatest fear, just like I was initiated as a shaman by the Lord of the Underworld 12 years ago and 2 /12 years ago. She said when Death came closer to her; she saw that it was me. Jennifer is a Prophecy Dreamer, all I remembered when she called me in Berkeley two weeks ago, was the second vision she had. So I called her the day after this dream and she told me again, it was like the first time I had heard it. When she called me, I was an hour from Pinnacle State Park, ready to do Portal Magnetic Field Shut Down and Ceremony in which she saw me do, the night before. [See dream below] MARCH 10 ND Another regular dream relating to my detoxing and body purification and cars represent the body. I am going to use Sun Bears teaching of how to express a self analysis dream on this dream, you always start of with I am Dreaming and end with I am Awake: I am dreaming, I am my sister Diane, I am organized, I am responsible. I drive my Vehicle [my physical body] off the regular street and onto natures grass, we tumble a few times but I am not hurt. I get out of the car as myself and as my sister Diane, there is one more person there but I cannot remember who it was. When we finally get to the other side of the rolling grassy hills, a car dealer asks me as Diane if I want another car and I just wait for the Diane who is me to respond. The Diane who is me see's a bus and see's my niece Kristin, her daughter who is talented, loving, sweet and dramatic and she goes to get on the bus. I am Awake. Note: Sun Bear suggests always starting the dream with I am Dreaming so you speak first person and all the dream characters are first person [you]. This type of self description dreaming of regular dreams that are sub-conscious information makes you every dream character and teaches the mind Dream Mirroring. You also describe that character in their real life. Like my niece Kristin is loving, talented, sweet and emotional, so that describes you in this particular dreaming on this day. My sub-conscious projection [like a movie projector] is showing me what I am portraying in this nightly [movie] dream. MARCH 9 I started to remote view as I laid in the in-between waking and sleeping on my bed. I saw houses and buildings destroyed and then I saw fog and hills, like a cemetery without any headstones. Then I saw death and s/he moved towards me and came close and brushed by. MARCH 7 ND This was a regular inner subconscious dream which is the first simplest levels of inner communication dreaming. I was in a building/library and I heard the dead comedians voice Phil Hartman. When I asked someone, is that him, I said I thought he died. So I called him on the phone, starting with small talk to tell him he was going to die... as soon as I start to tell him... the phone goes dead. MARCH 3 I astral traveled to the coast of California and viewed US Naval ships getting ready to leave to go to Venezuela. The second night of this dream journey which I didn't remember the second night, I felt like someone took a baseball bat and hit the left side of the back of my head when I woke up because it was sore for three days and today is the first day it doesn't hurt and the pain is gone. In this case, I better check my blood pressure, it’s been high for two years but I never take medication and never had for anything in my life. I am working at purifying and lose 20 pounds. MARCH 1 WD & ND I came to Berkeley to go to protect and shut down the portals at Pinnacle National Forrest. About an hour before I arrived, my apprentice Jennifer, an extraordinary dreamer who is gifted even beyond me, called me on my cell telling me her dream time Thursday night. She shared that I was death and had come to her, the Dark Initiator. In her next vision she said I was there, I had built a cross out of stones, there were 2 frogs on her arms and church bells. And the last thing was caste iron metal. I told her thanks for the dream information and I would make sure I was attentive to the ceremony and the images and bring them into a physical reality. My friend and I proceeded to arrive in the dark, set up camp and settle in for the night, to build the cross or ancient medicine circle which I already could see in my mind. I passed the church on the way and saw the bells, I saw the cast iron rings of fire at the campsites, and the frogs were signing all weekend. The night I arrived, about an hour after listening to Jens prophecy, I could not fall asleep, it was around 3 am and I just laid still in the tent in a quite meditation and my friend had already fallen asleep. Then Coyote came, he sang for one hour, about 100 yards from my tent. I listened to his song and after an hour went into vision, my mind and body were asleep but my soul [and third eye] and spirit body was fully aware and awake. All of a sudden I was having sex with my friend and I then became very very lucid. I have one rule in my dreaming. No Sex because I must be fully attentive and the focus of a ninja in my dream time. So I knew something was not right, because I made this agreement as a child as a personal knowing... I could see in remote viewing the tent fully, and I began to feel the vortex pull. That only means one thing: Alien Nations. I felt the presence and could see through the tent the short grays moving about and watching me outside the tent. I had never met grays, only the energy beings of the hierarchy, the high intelligence ones who are very tall and radiant energy, with high left brained logic and reasoning only. They carry no yin emotion so therefore they have no matter. I did my circle of protection before I went to bed because I knew what to expect, and knew they couldn't cross it. At this moment fully asleep and fully awake in dream time seeing everything, the VORTEX PULL was getting stronger and stronger and it was difficult. Normally in the past, I would just make the intention to wake up and I would leave this higher dimension on the astral earth planes, but tonight I decided to call to Jennifer to help. I called out to Jennifer as loud as I could in what seemed forever, because in the higher dimension there is no time or space and at that moment, the energy began to release ad I saw a light body circling in a counter clockwise around and around my tent. The faint glow of the light body was very beautiful as I looked through the Swiss blue tent as the wind blew gently on the tent at those moments as well. After a few moments, the vortex pull energy was completely gone, the creepy grays and Ships were gone and I chose to wake up. I woke up, looked at my friend who was still sleeping, rolled over, thanked spirit, thanked coyote, thanked the spirit of the wind, I thanked Jennifer and promptly fell asleep. The next morning I build the medicine cross, did ceremony calling the spirits and my ancestors of the four directions, began to send the energy outward in spirals to shut the vortex magnetic field down on the lands, walked the lands chanting most of the time in my mind with focus for each part of the sections for six hours. The second night I went to lay down and again I couldn't fall to sleep. Around 3:00 am again coyote sang but this time he brought ALL his coyote friends, and there must have been 20 and I could hear them running around... I said prayers of thanks to them and told them I was grateful for their help. I realized then, that everyone at the campsite, would be reaching REM dreaming about 3 am and coyotes were keeping all of us awake and safe, for when you enter dreaming without lucid awareness of the immediate environment, one would never know that these soul suckers and mis-users are there ready to... in my word rape you on an energetic or soul emotional body level and your mind and mental body would never know. All works was finished and completed and boundaries of the portals of Pinnacle National Forrest completed. FEB 29 ND Had a great Regular Dream... I've been detoxing since Jan 1 2008 and this inner dream wisdom gave me insight to my journey: I was at a celebration or party at a large castle on some beautiful land. I was there helping with my friend Rusty and Michelle. Another person went to show me around the grounds, and at the north edge of the property there was an apartment being rehabbed. On the outside it was very northern california-ish style, with gold leaf on the outside... I opened the door and peaked in and it was like a barn, with peat moss and pigs and horses inside. Then in the dark I could make out a faint shape of a child. I looked and sure enough it was a BABY, covered with all the dirt, I picked up the baby, took it out of the house being rehabbed and took it to the castle, gave 'him' a bath and new clothes and he was all clean and nice. I smiled at the baby and gave it a hug and kiss and loving. [The dream wisdom showed me that my detoxing of my physical body [male baby] is working and that even though it’s a new beginning [just starting to detox and purify my body] the baby/body washes up pretty good!! That makes me very happy to know my disciplines doing vegan/water and cleanse is working well by the fat healthy clean dream baby! FEB 27 I was with a group of dead people in the local area and they were just going about carrying on their lives without a body. One of the men was convinced another man was guilty of something and looking at a piece of paper that had his fingerprint on it. FEB 15 I stated a question to show me a vision in my dream tonight.... I went to sleep and Alex, the man in my waking dream on Feb 13, came into my dream and gave me 2 large Golden Eagle Feather Shields, they were beautiful, like a dream catcher but made of feathers arranged in a circle. He also gave me some other feathers as well. Then I held my hands about 4 inches apart and blue energy like electricity moved back and forth [like those glass balls with the electricity]. I just stared and watched for awhile and then woke up. FEB 14 ND I met a woman named Clara, her initials were CSL and she was experiencing mysticism but didn't understand nor had any previous experience or family knowledge, which left her full of anxiety. I woke up before I got to speak with her and thought I might meet her in the day dream but haven't yet. FEB 13 WD I met a young man named Alex who was looking for feathers, my friend Makala and I both offered to give him some of ours. FEB 8 - ND I went to northern California last night in my dreamtime, I don't know where I was but I was at a house with some land around it. I began to do my Shamanic work in the four corners, the N, S, E and W quadrants, when I got to the portal at a particular space, I asked the Bee's to protect it. I laid about 3 large branches with swarming bees and they told me that they would guard it until I arrived and then I woke up. FEB 3 - ND I saw that I had glued fabric fur to the back of my business cards. Very creative, I will bring that out into the waking dream and do it ~ FEB 2 - ND I Dream walked with Joyce Owl Woman and her daughter. Joyce, who I have not met, will interview me this coming Sunday. I want to respect Owl Woman by not sharing this particular dream walking as it was very personal and I will share with her in two days. I went into a second dream walking and met a couple who look like they are northern Indian or Pakistanian, I remember dream walking with this couple before and her father was there as well. We were talking and he said EAT SEAWEED. I look at him and repeated it so I would remember when I woke up. Note: I am going through a two year purification of my physical body, so I went to the store today and bought seaweed and kelp tablets. JAN 29 - ND I flew to Hawaii and met the Great Fire Goddess Pele who offered me a healing. I lay down along the beach and listened to the breezes and felt the sand and soothing sounds of the water as she healed me. It was beautiful. JAN 29 - WD On my way to yoga this morning, at a stop light a white wolf looking dog all alone, was standing on the corner looking at me. I just smiled and bowed my head. When I signed into my Tribe.... San Francisco was my home address on the address line, even though it’s always said Saint Louis and I live in Saint Louis. JAN 27 - WD Went to the Black Madonna Shrine this morning with my daughter and sister and gave thanks. On the walk to the holy spring, where I would gather water for my vision the next day for everyone to drink I found a field mouse with its head cut off. Obviously it was about someone coming to the vision because mouse means the small details and paying attention and with the head missing, someone or something’s head was not in the right place for the vision. JAN 25 - WD I was driving my car up to the mountains on the large highway near Snohomish WA and I looked into my dashboard of my car and I saw that my car engine was on fire, more like gas stove blue flames that are even and hot. I pulled over and said these need to be extinguished, and at that moment a mountain river rechannelled itself and came down the highway and filled my car and the highway. I walked in the water and saw other people trying to drive their cars in the water and I woke up. JAN 24 - WD Last night in the middle of the night I heard a 'crunch' outside and I thought about my car as I drifted back to sleep. Before I went to bed I made the final Capricorn moon commitment to purify my physical body for the next two years, my last of purification of all four bodies of both the yin and the yang side. This is the yang aspect, the next two years, being the physical body itself and my respect of my physical body. I am going to start Sholin Kung Fu Black Dragon next week and I joined a Gym to support my continued eating and drinking only pure and healthy nourishment. I made this right before I went to bed around 11 pm, because my exact time of birth was going to be 1:52 am last night [birthday] and this is the gift I give myself as the completed circle at 50 is finished for my healing and karma. This morning I woke up and a car hit the house and that’s what the crunch sound was last night. I saw the car marks on the grass, and its Nissan front grill, it seems the person fell asleep driving very slowly and the heavy heavy river stone from the Granite near the Mississippi river, solid, flew across the yard and took all the brunt and wasn't even scratched. So I cleaned up the glass, knowing that cars are ruled by Mars and in dreams your physical body and Saturn, rules the physical structure of the house [Pluto goes into Capricorn tomorrow]. My entire healing karmic journey for 13 years was about the misuses of my past life of my mars/Saturn conjunction and now, I get the benefits after karma paid.... Total protection and peace within Chaos. Nothing was touched by the car or shifted in the material world. JAN 16 - ND I was in my dreaming and aware or lucid, and near a few city buildings that were row houses, I had asked my children’s father to come bring his truck and load some of my items that were stacked on the street near the curb. He showed up and the last two row houses had some people who were troublemakers. All of a sudden I disappeared from my dreaming and when I reappeared I knew I had shifted out but had no idea where I went or what happen [this is very unusual for me in dreaming and it’s never occurred]. When I returned from popping back in, the two houses were empty and all the items I had on the cobblestone curb were gone. I telepathic to my ex and asked him if he got all the boxes, he said yes and said come over. So in the dream I ran down the street to prepare to fly and was flying far and long above the city to his house... all of a sudden again, I popped out of my dream and had no idea where I had gone and then was standing on the street where I had flown up to that point. I started again running and it was not as easy this time because my focus had somehow been shifted or altered by what, where or how long I have no idea because in dreaming and dreamtime time does not exist. Notes: When I have shifted in a dreaming or left and come back to mind dreaming or original dreaming I always have had the story, the images or scenes, or beings of where I had traveled to. Not this time. Hmmm this one is new for me, very interesting, it left me very curious! But I know that I have new progressions in my astrological chart coming... they involved my progressed moon in the third ready to shift from Capricorn to Aquarius and my Uranus is transiting 8 degree's from my natal moon and its bringing a new level of dreaming to my arena. JAN 10 - WD I was sitting on a patio veranda somewhere in Arizona, near Phoenix and talking to a woman, while her husband ran upstairs to their residence. As I was listening to her, all of a sudden she started having roaches under her glasses and I focused at her face and sort of lifted my eye brows, making a gesture my hand calmly to tell her and they scurried under her face. The imagery was so strong her husband who had told me his name, was completely forgotten. Notes: Dreams that have powerful ancient animal and insect clans’ means survival and strength and should always be paid attention to. Most people are frightened by shark, vulture, cockroach, but these more primal totems always have to do with healing and transformation. For me personally in my dream there are 2 Aspects of this Roach Totem: The first is personal, starting Jan 1 - I have been taking steps and disciplines of detoxing my body with commitment, giving myself a whole year to let go of anything that is bad for my body that lacks nourishment in a healthy way. The second aspect was I had 1 unsatisfied 21 year old client from a foreign country that had come for a reading. The first got it, the second girl didn't. She wanted a spoon fed session to answer her questions, which is not my work at all. The next day she complained and wanted her money back. I suggested to the owner to give her a 'basic psychic, fortune teller or tarot reading which are about the external world and our relationship with it'. My work as a Seer in its pre-roman and Greek, grandmother ancient traditions are about one's internal world of the Soul/Emotional Body in relation to one's conscious Mind. So this dream for me had very personal wisdom about detoxing and a client. I looked up totem of the cockroach and found this appropriate for both: Dream Totem: "The Cockroach teaches us how to use what we have available to us for survival. To clean out the dead and useless aspects of our lives, subtle changes will be magnified. Also we will have the power to scurry out of danger. Cockroach is actually a gifted teacher in the art of survival and successful adaptability, especially in environment that may seem hostile." JAN 1 - ND I asked for wisdom as I went to sleep. I stood with a group of unknown people. One of the men came from the circle and threw hot coffee at my third eye. I woke up, and for my New Year intention gave up coffee completely. DEC 16 - ND I lay down to sleep 'asking for guidance for my son who was still having responsibility issues with his car and accountability, but he is getting there slowly but surely.' He's come so far, and near the end of the 8 year lessons and starting to see that if he puts something out there that is not 100% honest, karma immediately returns that instant. I went to sleep and into my dreaming and an Angel came and said: "Don Brown" and then I woke up about 3 am, I said to myself who is Don Brown? I thought, oh that’s the car dealership here in town. So I took the dream message to my son in the morning and told him to go apply for a job there and ask your guardian angel to prove to you in the physical it exists. My son is not a believer, so these things are very difficult for him, with 8 planets in Sagittarius in the second house of Taurus, he yearns to experience things as 'real' and 'tangible' in the physical world and wants to touch it to believe. I framed an image of a young man reaching for an angel and the angel above showing compassion for a year ago, and I thought, this was the perfect day to give it to him for Christmas. DEC 6 2007 White Spirit Wolf comes into my dreaming last night and today I understood its gift and wisdom which was a very magical dream for me. My dreams are almost always death shamanic dreaming because my work is transformation and I am a death initiator for other female shamans at their last 3rd of their underworld journey. So this dream was magical and in the light workers realm, the upper world which was a visit from spirit or the spirit of someone. I never had white wolf in my waking or night dream walking before, only my gray wolves who taught me to track and the spirit of the gray primordial wolves who come into my soul retrievals and middle world visions for groups to assist. This spirit white wolf was huge and was running in slow motion across the sky [I was in a Lucid state and it was the ravens and red tails who were all around in the distance that caught my attention to look over to the left of the sky... it was then I saw white wolf coming across the sky. The dreaming shifted immediately after white wolf, I was in Alaska and I went into a lucid state and then advanced to dream walking and was watching a Russian Nuclear Submarine in the waters near the some ice caps. Why they are there I have no idea and I am tired of having to do the underworld work now. I am letting go of my collective work soon, it is coming I can feel it. I will do things here and there to shut out alien nations who rape our children always, but now I rest and return to stay in the middle world. *************************************************************** SPIRIT WHITE WOLF MEDICINE 1. Our Souls dream symbol of the white wolf is seen in a protector role, watching over the dreamer and keeping them from danger. The appearances of white wolf could also warn about a danger. [My seeing the submarine off the coast of Alaska]. 2. Spirit TOTEM: The Teacher ~ Element: Earth, Wind: North, Wisdom, Medicine: Manifestation Arctic Wolf lives in a land frozen in time where, for three quarters of the year, frigid winds blow across the tundra, creating landscapes of sculpted ice. Here, all life holds its breath while awaiting longer days that will bring the sun to gently bathe all in its golden light, coaxing the emergence of new life to dance for awhile in its brilliant rays. Walking across these bridges and valleys of glimmering snow, the Arctic Wolf, thick white coat ruffled in the frosty breath of the Northern wind, is in a state of contented ~Oneness~ with his surroundings. It is said that at the door of each of the Four Winds, a wolf keeps silent vigil, each bringing change to the life of those who walk the Good Road and with the change, a lesson unique to that Wind. The Arctic Wolf is the Wolf of the North Winds. He stands quietly in rigid determination, unyielding at times, much as the barren landscapes of his home appear to resist the beginning of spring. She is a soul that is comfortable with her surroundings and therefore sees no "reason" to change. Yet the promise of the North Wind is Wisdom unfolding through gratitude and acknowledgment. This is the Direction in which Wisdom is sifted from the sands of experience and then fashioned into a Red staff of Manifesting that wields personal potential. Therefore, if White Wolf Soul can accept change when it appears, yet remain true to his/her values, then the higher vibration of Wisdom and Truth can emerge from beneath stubborn resistance like shoots of sweet summer grass bursting forth from a blanket of winter’s snow. Thus, Personal Power can be embraced, understood and ultimately, the soul’s individual potential manifested. In a climate in which very little life can exist, Arctic Wolf thrives. Drifts of snow gather in intricate patterns and shapes, castles of frozen snow glittering in the brilliant light. Wind, cold enough to freeze exposed flesh, passes nearly unnoticed by Arctic Wolf as he roams the blinding white expanse of his territory, thick white fur keeping him well insulated . . . Mother Earth has prepared him well. The individual with Arctic Wolf as their Power Totem is one who is capable of withstanding huge and numerous challenges and setbacks, only to emerge stronger than before. It is little wonder that these souls will often face adversity in their lives in order to build the resilience with which to overcome obstacles? S/he possesses within the ability to push the body and mind to the limits, and in fact, can appear to even derive pleasure from doing so.
