As some of you know, and others have only theorized, I have been stupidly busy over the past few months. Part is work, which is going well, but super busy and challenging. Part is a new volunteer gig where I tutor kids in math. And Part is I am training for a hike through Yosemite.

So, I havent really been a fan of the holiday season for a while. And honestly this year isnt any different. But I have been desperately trying to be more optimistic about things this time around. This picture helped, and I thought you might like to see a pretty picture too.

I checked and I can drink Tequila and Potato based vodka, but all else is off-limits. The worst part of this all is that the cats are going to have to learn to stay out of the bedroom, cause that seems to be a huge problem in my world. I dont know how they are going to take it. So, I have now officially been working for this large corporate master of mine for 5 years. As a celebratory bit, they gave each of us a gift and a plaque. Well good news, they mis-spelled my name on the plaque.

Sorry I havent been on Tribe lately. I've been busy and the lack of internet at home makes it difficult. But I do have some news! Nancy and I are hosting a Waffle Party and Beach Cleanup for Arbor Day! (actually its on Saturday 29th). At 9:30 to 12:30 we are going to wake everyone up with some waffles at our home.
