I once saw Jim eat a piece of bread that (gasp) to my shock and horror wasn't toasted. My world began to crumble like a piece of nicely toasted rye. Well, suffice it to say, I sent a note to the American Toast Association asking that they inquire into the validity of "Dr. Toast's" degree in "Toastology"... No response as of yet. I also never got responses from the Easter Bunny, Santa Claus, or the Tooth Fairy. Coincidence? I'll let you decide.

They don't give out doctorates in toastology to just anyone -- you have to be reliable, dedicated, kind, excellent at scratching, and able to be silly as you wanna be. If you need a toast recipe, XLR-to-1/4 cable, or a friend to trust, Jim is your man.
