Religion and Violence

Once again, fanatics reign terror upon the innocent in the name of religion. I refuse to believe in a God or higher power that requires terrorism as a tool to reach out to the masses. A vengeful God...not in my way of thinking. Check out "Letters from Earth" by Mark Twain. I really respect his point of view.

I assume you are talking about Mumbai
We must be very careful in this age of propagand-a-go-go. There were many reports that the lead attackers were blonde-haired blue-eyed with punked-out hair (ie. westerners), there were also many reoports that the police/military would not fire back (i.e.stood down). All those reports were immediately discarded by the MSM in favor or the Pak terror angle. I sincerely beleive that Mumbai was another CIA/Mossad/MI6 (and possibly ISI) false-flag op. Pakistan has enough trouble already, they do not need a new front with India, on the other hand, the US been running up the pre-war hype and has already been bombing Pakistan. We must always ask "Qui Bono?".

On the other hand, Pakistan ISI has already been caught making back-room deals with the CIA arranging for it's own people (whom they label as militants or terroists) to be bombed by US drones and attack copters. One man's terrorist is another man's patriot, and the media always takes the side of establishment and corporations.

So...it is all very confusing, even to the very well informed and the experts alike.

In the end, it matters not, for the victims of war are overwhelmingly women, childern and the elderly....the innocent.

Have you ever read Twain's "War Prayer"?

May peace be upon you my friend.
