I defy you not to love this man. Seriously, I think it is an impossible task. Dub is so amazing, loving and full of happy wonderfulness, I think that it would be impossible not to love and adore him.
Plus, he has super awesome taste in music and you know that is a fast ticket to my heart.

I luv me some Dub.
At a beach in a not-too distant past, I was blessed with the gift of his presence in my life. We've shared conversations and space briefly, but I can feel in my heart that his place with me will grow. He makes my heart sing...

May we all give thanks and send blessing to.. Craig. Yes, the one and onlopy Craig... of Craig's List. If it weren't for Craig, who knows if Dub and I would ever have been? *YIKES!*
Dub is.. well.. Dub is Dub. If you don't know Dub it's hard to put him in words. He's all of it... from being a dear and darling friend to being an amazing lover. He's a giver... a giver of compassion, acceptence and unconditional love. Mmmmmm...Dub is the Love Man!!! (Evem one of my dog's agrees! hehe)
Dub is wisdom, warmth, intelligence, thought, concern, awareness, positive, and much older and wiser than his years.
Dub is my UBER blessing. If it weren't for him.. sheesh...I don't even want to think of him not being in my life.
Dub is, period. And if you're fortunate enough to know him, or better, be his friend... you've got a whole lotta in that package!!
I hope we get to celebrate our Silver celebration, too, Baby!!!

What can I say about Dub.....
He is simply amazing. Always there to listen and give hugs and warm friendly smiles. He is wise beyond his years and more patient than anyone I know.
If everyone were like him the world would be a very peaceful place to live.....

I met Dub a few years ago...right around the time he started drumming
Dub was a bundle of joy around drumming then and he is even more so now
Its a beautiful thing to see someone grow and learn while following their passion.
Its been my pleasure to drum and co-create the groove with Dub....

Oh-so-round-and-cute, my Beautiful Man. How'd I get so lucky? To find such a great and wonderful and loving friend and life partner, someone who has touched my soul so deeply and brought me out of myself, One that I never thought I would have in my life, such a perfect fit.
How can I put into words the love that I have for Daren, my Dubby, how so very much I Rub my Dub? Ahh... the way that it feels to have strong, safe arms wrapped around you, looking into golden brown eyes reflecting that love, warm sunlight on bare (bear) skin. Mine.
All my love, for the rest of my life, to the most beautiful Man I've ever met. Don't forget the toast!

From the first time that I met Dub I have had an amazing connection with him. There is a great comfortable love that lies between us. Though I know this is the first time we have met in this lifetime, it still feels as fresh and new as it has many times before.
He is a wonderful Lion King that presides over his people with a heart of pure gold and more magnificence than you can believe. He is caring, deep, and sensual. I have yet to find anyone that has met him that does not fall in love with this beautiful bear. But, when is a lion not a lion? When he’s a bear. And believe me, does this man know how to hibernate!!!
I could get lost in the rhythmic wonders that he creates with his drumming and do so every chance I get. I have gotten to be witness to the beauty of watching his drumming develop and I am very glad that I could help influence it. "Rhythm is between the drummer and the dancer." <--And I think I hear my song…
The best thing about Dub…He gets NAKED ever chance he gets!!!

Yay for tribe alive and kicking. I haven't deleted my facebook account yet, but have stopped posting and reading updates, (I love you, and am interested in your life, but so much time is wasted on things of little meaning or substance) and have reserved what little time I spend there on events only.
Speaking of events, did you know about the Magic bus? Since obtaining it last year, I've taken full bus loads of people on 3 outings:
- Mt. Diablo, view from the peak, picnic and walk around Rock City.
- Marin Headlands, Hawk-Talk at Hawk Hill, picnic and hike to Point Bonita Lighthouse.
- Guerneville, Dr. Evil's House of Horror, the weekend before Holloween.
Then, on a solo-trip to Mendocino County, I overheated and blew up the transmission after 40+ grueling miles over a mountain dirt road.
I'm finallygetting the bus back! and to help pay for about half of the new transmission, whichis over $3,000 total, I'm holding a fund-raiser.

Seats are reserved $25 donation.
