I don't actually know Lidan, but having no friends of my own, I sent a message to everbody on the tribe...getting only one approval, Lidan has become my best friend...and my only friend. Most people would find this depressing, but having one friend now is so much better than having zero friends the first 21 years of my life. If you ask me, I'm working my way up...maybe eventually I'll have 2 friends! Thanks Lidan, you're my only friend!

Lidan challenges my assumptions.
Lidan cracks her knuckles
Lidan is always down for a guilty dinner of brie, baguette and wine.

Lidan makes my life richer every day. I couldn't imagine life without her.

Lidan makes my webbed toes tingle. Or my ebbed flows mingle. Or my Crabbe prose dingle.

Either way, she rocks my little world. This chick is a gem and should be in a gold setting.

For example:

Last night, she arrived at my door with FOUR cartons of Ben and Jerry's ice cream. Who arrives doorside with quaternary dairy delight? Lidan, that's who!

The first time I met her- we agreed to sit down to sashimi, and I proceeded to get schooled in the finer points of Turkish history and the ins and outs of Korean phonetics. And we talked about boys.
