February 20th or so and July 11 juxtaposed together. I wish I took a picture in January. I can sorta remember a camera popping at Christmas time.

I am now a "normal" weight for my height. I can see some room for some movement downward. I do feel good, though.

On my way out of the gym this morning I noticed that Friday is the day that the lithe 30 something butch military men in my building hang out pool side in their banana hammocks. I'm not quite there.

After two and a half months of watching my food consumption and working out nearly every day, I have officially passed from "obese" to "over wight" accoding to the Body Mass Index calculator on the Bahrain Minitry of Health website: www.moh.gov.bh/BMITable.asp

At this pace, I can be "normal" in only 4 or 5 short months.
