The medication works. It's harsh at times and has side effects. Reading about how it affects my body can be depressing, but it's something I need to do every couple of months.
Red meat is poisonous to my system. Actually its the fat in the red meat. It causes me to have more breakouts and has cause some swelling in my joints.
