i am looking for a lawyer, preferably Canadian, who can represent me and my son's best interest in establishing a fair and functional custody schedule/agreement which is balanced and protects my rights equally as a Canadian father of a US born child (he is also Canadian being my son, his citizenship has been filed)

his mom is American, he was born in Santa Fe and lives there with his mom under her care til he's 2 so he can reap the benefits of
her nurturing, nursing, etc... she has temporary "residency" for that reason, however we share 50/50 "legal custody"

unfortunately mom is not playing fair and see's it all to revolve around her, putting her life and needs before our son's, and especially before the rights and priority of my son and i sharing a quality life together... even though we have a legal "parenting agreement", she has disregarded it and broken every aspect of it... and when i ask for it to be honored and for my intentions and efforts to be respected, i'm laughed at
... when i suggest the only way to solve the non-compliance will be to go back to court, his mom replies by saying "you're all bark and no bite"... however i have no other choice at this point than to show her i mean business and i'm not someone who can be brushed aside

saying this, i need a lawyer who can approach this from an equal rights perspective, someone who knows international law and can protect the interests of my son and i, as Canadian's, even though he was born in the US and the legal agreement i have with his mom was drawn up by a US court
... i feel helpless and super depressed about all this and need help asap... if i don't lay out some boundaries and allow his mother to know she cannot walk over me (by law), she will continue to disrespect me and my son's rights to a healthy consistent relationship

i hear so many mothers commending me on my integrity and efforts to be supportive and a good father, yet how can more integral fathers do this if we are constantly walked on due to stereotyping and old laws/thinking?... not all women are good mothers just because they delivered a child, nor are all men dead-beat dad's... a good parent is a good parent, doesn't matter if its the mom or dad

so please help...PLEASE!!!

in the deepest of gratitude, i wish to relay my thanks and
appreciation to the Spirit(s) of Tulan, Great Spirit, Grandmother Moon
(she was so magnificent) and Pachamama for all their guidance and wisdom
... many blessings to all our elders who attended and shared in potent
but humble ways, and the joy and communion shared and co-created by
all those who participated in dreaming paradise awake

the gathering was a huge success hosting people from Europe and the
America's , roughly 60 people for the full 7 days and 30 coming and
going from the local area

... the energy was very unified and open... much sharing, healing and
transformation had by all... i very much appreciated everyone's
courage to be open, vulnerable and in the flow during our experience
together
... i also would like to express how i feel greatful for everyone in
being accepting and supportive, communicating honestly and with mutual
respect leaving very little duality or conflict throughout the week

there was a tremendous amount of teamwork and unity present, allowing
the 13:20 matrix to synchronize us in time and order us into our earth
families and honoring each other in service was very key to the
harmony we all shared

everyone was super duper helpful... wow!!.. been years since i felt
that type of co-operation and work-load sharing at one of my
gatherings... thank you all for being !!!.... for getting involved,
accepting each other and seeing one another as equals and as honored
guests ... i did not feel overwhelmed or extremely exhausted as i
often do... tho it was a scarce scene to see me chilling and taking in
a workshop or activity, i did get to participate and play with ya'll a
bit, and those little bits feel good

i really feel we have something special in hosting the 7777 gatherings
in such a magical place as Tulan... and having the opportunity to
co-create it... perhaps even return and continue in the process

we really manifested/co-created alot in Tulan during the weeks leading
up to the event and during the gathering, we:
- cleared and cleaned garden spaces, ceremonial spaces and altars
- established a functional water system (potable water)
- built a medicine wheel
- activated water and fire altar's
- built a cob orno
- temezcal/sweatlodge
- lot's of emotional and psychic clearing
- and truly opened a portal in Tulan as an international community and
learning facility

i hope everyone who attended feels that they are welcome in Tulan
always, and are inspired to invite other Earth Elves to play with us
in paradise
... i wish that sometime soon i can equally participate in the events
i organize so i can feel the deeper connections and relations people
have a chance to form

from now til next year's 7777 event, we wish to repair the main roof
of the house, install solar power, install a water filtration system,
build a meditation/yoga temple, construct a small home as a functional
example for future home building workshops, plant the gardens and
finish the bamboo altar
