I have Engelmanns Disease and i was so happy when i found this site. I have been looking for something like this. My mom and dad knew something was wrong when i was about 1 and they tried so many doctors they wanted the doctors to take her seryously one doctor sent my mom out to the nurse and told her all i had was gas. another doctor said that she shouldn't pick me up so much. But my mom knew something was wrong because i would wake up in the middle of the night screeming and she knew that was not normal because she had 3 other kids before me.

One day i was playing on a bar stool when i fell off my mom thought i broke my arm so she took me to the ER and there is where and when they doctors finally relised that my mom was not liying all they had to do was take an x-ray isnt that unbielivable.
