Two days a week Ive been strapping a hyper luminescent headband to my forehead. I then play a video game in which I make a robot run around a park and down a super slide by merely focusing my thoughts.

Ive been participating in a revolutionary new form of neurofeedback called "HEG", or Hemoencephalography, in order to train my brain to voluntarily bathe itself with oxygenated blood. So brilliantly simple. So effective. In 30-40 sessions I will have eradicated (forever) lingering ADD s... read more
In the photo is a fine and fabulous alternative to paper and plastic shopping bags. I am about to get myself four. Africa is way ahead of us here: Several African countries (Kenya, South Africa, Rwanda, and more), have banned the use of thin plastic shopping bags. A recent study estimated that more than 100 million such bags are handed out each year in Kenyan supermarkets alone. Plastic bags have wreaked havoc on the environment, human health, and tourism in Africa. Read more about it ...

I could NOT sleep knowing what I was doing to contribute to the killing of the world's oceans. I just got back from OSH Hardware with a massive brick of peat moss (finely ground peat moss I am hoping is a close 2nd best to...

Living systems imitate one another. Our bodies fight disease and the symptoms we see might be fever, snot, vomiting, etc. Now we are being met with the Earth's immune response and we see "snot" covering 1000's of miles of the ocean floor, masses of congesting globules... read more
Exercising mind over matter, I am training intensely to add a practical dimension to house gymnastics - chore completion. Manipulating theories of object permanance, and exercing mind control together with body contortions, elements of buddhism, and oddly whispered prayer, I find my house is getting in shape. Me, well, I am finding my carpal tunnel syndrome is much less aggravated without having to touch the dirty dishes. www.housegymnastics.com
