Stuff

I have been remiss in my duties of shamelessly plugging our annual Yoga Retreat. Truthfully, it is a wonderful trip with amazing people in a magical place. We have a few spots left. There's room for about 5 more people. We keep it limited, so it's a pretty intimate experience, rather than being lost in a large class.

So, I haven't decided on a candidate for the Presidential race yet. No doubt, in the final race I'm most likely to support the Democratic Candidate. According to glassbooth.org/ , my views most closely match Kucinich, Richardson and Gravel.

After volunteering for the Run for the Hungry this morning, I made my own Thanksgiving Feast.

Fresh Rolls from the Panderia (bought this am)
Steamed Brussels Sprouts
Sweet Potato Crab Bisque
Rice Pudding

Sweet Potato Crab Bisque:
