about me
I've been married 35 years and have two grown daughters. I have two granddaughters from our oldest daughter and one granddaughter from our youngest daughter who is expecting another girl in May 09.
I have lived in Southern California near the beach for over 50 years and have surfed for close to 45 years.
Since turning 40, I've hiked Mount Whitney, Grand Canyon (S.Rim-bottom-S.Rim), Half Dome, and Pike's Peak twice (the second time June 06); I have also completed a 100-mile bike ride in the Sierra Mountains, Los Angeles Olympic distance triathlon twice, Santa Barbara Long course triathlon, Los Angeles Marathon (2006), and the Malibu Nautica triathlon the past 5 years and scheduled to do it again this September.
