I am a writer at heart. Sometimes I just can't help it. Most of my writing is inspirational poetry that I believe comes from beyond me. I sometimes feel like I am just the catalyst passing on the information. Other pieces of late have been experimemental for learning, growing and finding my own style. I always try to be upbeat and positive with my poetry but every once in a while something on the darker side will come out. By dark, I mean depressing. There is definetely enough depressing things in the world to get inspiration from. I am guilty of wanting to change the world but falling into the trap of believing I am powerless to do that. I wish that I had the discipline and drive it would take to undergo such a task. Instead I am behind a computer writing about it.
