"would you like to king kamaheamea that?" inside the happy-coco meals - perhaps tiny plastic diorama scenes depicting famous moments in hawaiian history. such as the decisive battle of o'ahu, where the 800 or so defeated o'ahu warriors plunged to their deaths from 1000 foot cliffs rather than surrender. "Collect all 800 skulls!"
