Keep Your Mouths Off My Sisters

This is dedicated to all the women who walk any street in our country. It's called Keep Your Mouth off my Sisters.

Sometimes you begin to wonder if it's a conspiracy of men asleep at the wheel the way they spit out words at women they don't even know - that they will never know. And it scares me to think that compared to the things they say, what must be going on inside their brains? And I wanna scream at them: "Hey keep your mouth off my sisters, your words cause emotional blisters!"

Did something happen at birth to cause this malfunction or did they learn it, or earn it in some archaic male ritual like; the medals of war, a gold ribbon for the best line; Are you daddy's little girl? Let me tear that pussy up! Ever had a tongue bath baby!? What's the matter bitch, you a dyke?

Years spent vomiting out abusive women and men still don't get it? I wanna bend each one of them and fuck the misogyny out of them. To wash their mouths out with my dick and let them feel the collective humiliation of women everywhere.

To be unable to walk the streets safely without feeling like; "This weeks special: Pussy on a plate served up fresh and piping hot! - oh yum and give me a six pack to wash it out." Oh you're the man Man, you're the big Man, man, men.

Ever notice there is always two of them? They are never alone; like a cowards tag team match of sexual harassment.

-Spoken word by Bobby Miller, from the CD "Home Alive: the Art of Self Defense", the proceeds of which benefit Home Alive, a Seattle-based non-profit anti-violence project that offers self defense classes, and public education and awareness, mostly for the benefit of Women

Please, Keep Her Close

We’ve gotten too far away
From where we once were
No one is an island
Not in this world
How much freedom can one have
Before freedom is lost
I want to soar like a bird
But not with a cost
We can talk it out
But that’s not part of the plan
For we can only get by
By being like a man
One thing you must comprehend
A woman is a woman
A power we need
To understand
Please, make sure you lift her up
And never bring her down
Tell her she can do anything
Let her shine in the sun
Please remember
In these crazy times
To keep her close
To your heart

Though we’re different
In many ways we’re the same
For we can accomplish
The same things
Expect the best from a girl
That’s what you’ll get
A hard-working beauty
Giving it a ton of sweat
Please, make sure you lift her up
And never bring her down
Tell her she can do anything
Let her shine in the sun
Please remember
In these crazy times
To keep her close
To your heart

From the land of anthony

I wrote this recently whilst on top of a peak in the Southern Cascades of Northern California at sunset!

The light of the North
Will allow me to dance
Dance for a long time

The light of the North
Will allow me to navigate
Navigate far and high

When it comes out
We want to celebrate
And be in ecstasy all night

The light of the North
Will allow me to find
Find my way home

Well, I FINALLY received all my pictures back on CD from my trip to Puerto Rico, although some came back on CD upside down! Go figure! This picture is of a statue in Ponce honoring the women of Puerto Rico. Puertorriquenos love their women, and after being on the Isla del Encanto, I can see why! It reaffirms my belief that women should rule the world. Beauty and sensibility win everyday over might.

Yes, behind this statue is a gas station! And no, it is still open, although it was not open the day I took this picture. So, you're probably wondering, did this station have some kind of weekend or one-day fuel special? No mis compadres, that is not the case, for the neighbors of the Enchanted Isle deal in metric, and thus they purchase petrol from their fuel-rich neighbors and sell it in liters (or litres for fans of the Commonwealth). Still, it's cheaper than a lot of people in the lower 48 are paying for it.

Enjoy!

Since Valentine’s Day has come and gone
I’d thought I’d finally write about
This love

There are two songs I know and like
Called This Love
Maroon 5 and Pantera
Never seemed so close
Oh so close

In fact, one could
Confuse the two at a prom
Especially at the beginning
Of both songs

Don’t make that mistake though
They are two different works
And such is love for someone
It can run the spectrum of feelings

From ecstasy and utopia
To anger and murder
I don’t like the latter
Unfortunately, love can be very strong sometimes

Why must love
Rule our lives?
Why does it matter
To us so much?

Titles are like talk
Cheaper than a 40 of Olde English
But the hold and the comfort
Makes hell into heaven
Or water into wine if you will

Personally, all I can say about love is
I truly, deeply care for what I love
But will it be there for me?
Love Street is two-way everywhere
And I see too many “down” towns
And too many one-way streets

But if I had a prom
Both Maroon 5 and Pantera are welcome
As well as Air Supply and AC/DC
Especially old AC/DC
I love old AC/DC!

This would be Manhattan Storage. As you can probably guess, this is NOT the Big Apple (or Little Cherry or whatever the kids are into these days). Where could this interesting place be? If you don't know, it's closer than you think. Would you store your stuff here? Hmm, that's quite the quandary.
