Miranda is one of the most exceptional beings on the planet! I feel lucky every time we spend time together. Within her I see an ancient goddess, a modern warrior, a wise sage, and a graceful beauty. It included warm up excercises to relax , and hand stretches to prevent carpal-tunnel. Presenters shared warm up drum excercises and also had handouts to share.
