Jane steps effortlessly off the high dive and plummets into the deep end gracefully and while in the alternate universe she plays a nubile teen-aged Norwegian-Puerto Rican bathhouse attendant who forms an all grrl riot group based on a music once overheard at the now long defunct, but never easily forgotten, Drunken Geisha Karaoke Lounge . Originally, the object was to obtain better tips from the pleasant but awfully confused Inuit clientele, but sooner of later Jane's " Deep End" becomes an absorbing study of how adolescent obsession can mushroom into disaster if one doesn't have the emotional equipment to cope with a show business life style....or the high notes worthy of the Vienna Boys Choir...
