A Long Story About How I Hurt Myself... (blog entry) I fell down some stairs at home on Tuesday. No broken bones, ruptured organs, or damaged nerves. Lots of drugs.

What Have I Been Up To?
Hey! I'm still keeping most of my blogging confined to LiveJournal. I popped over to Tribe to look at some photos and realized, hey, I know a lot more folks on Tribe now than I did in November 2005, which is the last time I checked things.

My back injury got better, although it took like a year and still hurts sometimes. I've messed up both knees but when they hurt I do my PT and that seems to work out OK.
