It's official ~ moving to Santa Cruz on May 12th

Well, after months of things being in the works I finally have the start date of my new job in Santa Cruz! Nola and I will be coming down on May 11th and Michael will be joining us at the end of the month. We are truly excited and can't wait to be closer to our friends and family!!! If anyone knows of a rental in the area (2 bedroom house preferably) please let us know! Can't wait to see you all soon! Much love and aloha! Maggie

Irons Brothers Pine Tree Classic

Last Saturday we went up to Hanalei for the 5th annual Irons Brothers Pine Tree Classic Surf Competition for kids and it was a blast! We got to watch many up and coming keikis surf their hearts out. We even got to meet Andy and Bruce Irons!

Computer Hiatus

RIP you wacky fucking prankster. Your memory will live on and will not be forgotten. I am not sure how many of you knew Bubba, but he passed away on the morning of Friday the 13th at his home in Indiana. Michael had known Bubba for many years and had done many a Phish tours with him. He was one wild guy who truly would have given Neal Cassady a run for his money had there paths ever crossed! Bubba, we love you brother.

Time is just flying by! I can't believe that I am due in just about 8 weeks! I am really excited to meet this baby that is squiriming around inside of me all the time. We had a nice Christmas out here in the warm sun. We had Michael's 14 year old son Eli out for the holiday which made it even more special! I hope the holidays are treating everyone well! And to all the bay area folks I hope you have a blast for New Years Eve!!! So much fun music to shake your ass too! I want to hear all about SCI, Phil and Kimock!

I've never really been a diary person. I like to have thoughts swimming around in my head. I will attempt to update this as my pregnanacy progresses. Who knows, I might even get a big laugh out of myself one day in the future! As of today, 11/16/05 I am 25 weeks pregnant and really starting to look like I have a basketball under my shirt! I am thankful to be pregnant in Hawaii becuase I couldn't imagine being this huge and living somewhere cold where I have to bundle up! Photos of my belly soon to follow!
