BUT, why do I feel like a failure? It's so silly, I mean, I don't have to DO everything... it's better that I do a few things well. right?

First of all, we need to find someone to serve as a Volunteer Coordinator. This is going to be tough. We absolutely need someone who is highly organized and a people person. They'll need to find and assign volunteers to work shifts throughout the event. Everything from set up/tear down to working the info booth/doubloon station/beer tent plus a myriad of other tasks. We need to find this person ASAP, because finding all those volunteers will be tough.

Man, I'm in a funk. Not a throw myself off a bridge kind of thing, just a good case of the "blahs". All the things I normally love to do, that make me happy, just aren't doing it for me. Any of my lovely friends have some hints for me? I've got house-guests coming this Friday and I sure as hell don't want to be a wet-blanket. Or, God-forbid, a bad hostess. Help me people this ain't like me!!!
