about me
Who am I? Even in it's simplest form that's a rather complicated question.... Some call me Miriam, Lady M, Auntie M, or just simply M.... and some only know me as Treannah. What makes up that package is even more complex.... I'm a management professional who's been fortunate enough to find the love of her life. He insisted I marry him, and I did on January 31, 2004. He's the crazy to my sane, the color for my crisp dark line drawings.....and I love him even when he's getting on my very last nerve. We share our strange and unusual life with our furbabies...a cat named Princess, and our newest baby, a ferret named Rikki Tikki Tavi. We recently lost our dog, Sela, to complications from a brain tumor and I miss her more than words can express.... Yes, our animals are very significant parts of our lives.
My biggest passion (besides my husband and my animals) is belly dance - specifically American Tribal Style Fusion, though I've still got tons to learn! I started my own troupe called Anka Kusu (
www.ankakusu.net) that fuses some folkloric styling with the modern tribal style and I'm blessed with really fantastic folks in my life who wanted to work on this little project with me - dancers and musicians!
I'm rather strong willed. I like me that way... and by the way so does my husband. I know lots of people find me intimidating (all 5'3" of me grrrr)... I don't understand why they do, but I know they do.
I work hard, and I play hard.
The rest you'll have to figure out for yourself.
oh yes, and I'm an Independant Consultant for Arbonne (
