ok, multiple sports is a bit much...but all my friends are doing it :P last night i went from dragonboat practice to a ball hockey game at riley park...we were short players and had someone who doesnt know how to change on the fly...so with 3 defence...we were all beginning to hurt. buddy allana decides to throw on her gear despite having dislocating her shoulder this last weekend in football, which helped immensley in the 2nd period!!! i so have to work on taking a pass and shooting on net, ... read more

so i had my first regatta, was late as i had to get my client out the door as well for his soccer tourney...but paddled in 3 races...what a rush!!! its just the start...the next month i believe we are paddling mostly in false creek, but every weekend...i didnt get into the shot as i was parking my car :( but i paddled 3 races and wow, thats actually really tiring for 3 minutes of paddling! hmmm, i put out much more effort at ball hockey and dont get as wasted, maybe its the adrenaline rush, a... read more
