Kundalini Rising Teachers Training
Wahe Guru!
I've just finished 2 weeks at a teachers training course...it was awesome!

There was some drama ofcourse, I guess where ever there are people working on themselves a certain amount of negativity comes out.,....not taking it personel is what its about!

What I liked the best was early morning Sadhana... the ambrosial hours were sweet! So much infor to digest.. it will take me a while to assimulate it all.

The Spirit Within: change is in the air
This is about my spiritual practise whether it is Kundalini Yoga, Wiccan or any other spiritual practises. My every breath changes me, and hence 'change is in the air' fits very nicely. What I'm doing is sort of laying a ground work for others to gain insight and growth as well as strength from anothers convictions.
