I've just finished 2 weeks at a teachers training course...it was awesome! There was some drama ofcourse, I guess where ever there are people working on themselves a certain amount of negativity comes out.,....not taking it personel is what its about! What I liked the best was early morning Sadhana... the ambrosial hours were sweet! My every breath changes me, and hence 'change is in the air' fits very nicely.
