One time I brought Mr. Phelps with me when the board I was sitting on was getting reamed by the people who provided all our network services. Problem was, the other board members were about as tech savvy as the Amish and believed everything that came out of the tech guys' sales rep's mouth. Phelps pointed fingers and made accusations of negligence and fraud for about 10 minutes and saved the corp about $230,000 for the year. Hello exercised options.
