I currently live in Hendersonville, NC in my own adorable little chalet house! I love my quiet sanctuary!

I spend my days at work at a Mental Health Healing Farm for Adults with Mental Illness. I work as a Life Skills and Recovery Coach as well as a Yoga teacher. I also have lead hula hoop, poi spinning, mask making and breathing workshops with the residents. Its an amazing place to work and i encourage any of my friends who are interested in a new way to help facilitate recovery from mental illness to come and vist me there! I am currently active with the Touch Samadhi (www.touchsamadhi.com) Family and help with decorations and altar building at the Psy-trance parties. I am a long standing supporter and front and center doofer at both local and national psy-trance events.

I also spin fire with a troop call Unifire. Check out www.unifiredance.com for more info on this amazing group of talented performers. I have been spinning fire with local troops for over 6 years and love to twirl double batons, spin poi, hula hoop, fire fans, fire eating, flag and fan spinning and i also make fire costumes and masks. I love to work with and play fire!!! yum!

My other passion is blacklight performance. My roots in Tranceform Venus have never died as I still am a "blacklight junkie". My dreams are to rebirth a blacklight troop in Asheville... we'll see...

I also practice and teach Kundalini Yoga. My classes are held at Highland Lake Yoga in Flat Rock, NC on Wednesdays from 5:30-7. We have lots of fun working out the chakras, detoxing the body, aligning the spine and awakening the 10 bodies. come check it out!

My roots are in the North East as i grew up in Plymouth, MA. My mom, dad and sister (Alison) still live up that way; however are most likely are headed south to join my brother (Matt, Wilmington, NC) and I who have relocated in North Carolina.

I have lived here for 10 years and now that i own a home, I have no plans to relocate anytime soon. Perhaps when I am ready to go back to school...? As of right now, I'm content with my Social Work degree from Warren WIlson and Yoga credentials.... although.. a masters would be nice.... private counseling and yoga therapy would be the direction I would head in.... we'll see. big dreams......
