I Love to dance, hoop, and tie knots with myself in the air. The basic body was being forged thru martial arts from age 6,(i also played violin from that age). Please dont let the body intimidate you or give you the wrong impression I really am a nice kind gentle person. I trully enjoy meeting people, finding out what makes them happy, what causes them stress and really connecting, so I can pass my joy for life on to them.
All the things I have done and do, you wouldnt believe, so there really no point in listing them here is there? Theres a few of my dear friends that really know. That is where I am at.. so there :) If you like to get to know me, its simple, just be a kind caring person and ask. Still trying my best at loving the very dear people in my life.

So the 3 hour session was on Saturday, its now Monday im still sore. 
Art is a painful process. Well its a f... painful process when your friends digital camera has a slow shutter and you have to wait forever to try and get a shot. My body hurts today. Well we did get a shot of the ellusive reverse plunge(orisit planche?) here it is. Basically I'm holding on for dear life while lowering my body to ballance parrallel to the surface of the ground. I CANT BELIEVE IT! I THINK I JUST GOT TO THE NEXT SPIRITUAL LEVEL OF TISSUE/FABRIC/LIFE/LOVE. A SIMPLE PHRASE SPARKED IT, DO WHAT YOUR BODY FEELS IS RIGHT.
