I am totally floored by this album.

Wowzers...11% abv, brewed with molasses and licorice and aged in bourbon barrels...DaaaaaaaaYum...
it's the best thing Deschutes has ever done....and easily a favorite of mine. Imperial Stout at its finest!

Tequila tasting continues! 4 Copas is another quality sippa. I heard this one is actually organic. Somewhat difficult to find. The nose is amazingly deep, rich and full charactered. The agave accents are true and pure. After the first sip, the tongue is evened out and the full experience can be fulfilled. Yummy. I highly recommend this tequila. Cool bottle...nice hand blown glass...

REPOSADO.
This is a damn fine tequila. Like the anejo, it has a very distinct soft vanilla nose which represents the Casa Noble style: deep, rich, full flavored smoothness...It tastes very similar to the anejo, yet without the heavy oak thang....this one carries the subtle flavors of the agave to fruition...the finish is like a light, sun touched smile. Mi Casa es su Casa.

A note on tasting:
Tequila of this quality is enjoyed fully in small servings. I allow myself only 2-3 ounces. After that the senses are quite dulled, and the fullness and depth of experience is limited.
