I met, ah, "Squelchy" about 18 years ago...in a photo a friend had of him (and I knew I would be meeting him in the flesh) and within a year we struck up a friendship that has remained, steady and deep and playful these many seaons. We have survived being roommates, his dating a close relative and many years of mutliple transformations and regressions. He is a soul bro, and my life has been and will continue to be blessed in knowing such ones as he exist in these worlds...
and whether he be an average nut, or an omega rich almond, he is definately nutritious.

have you ever found something on the sidewalk, just cause you're looking down at the time, and maybe left it there or not, and then forgotten about it, only to find a similar item on a different sidewalk, days later? a few years ago, in seattle, among the 100 days of rain, (the cloudcover tends to maintain a semi-hypnotic alpha state, like you're asleep with eyes open) I was pursued by the sight of a plastic washer. never picked the thing up. I just kept spotting it on my route around town...
