I am eating the white stuff that is one the inside of a mandarin.
Zoi taught me how to do this. It is very yummy almost sweet.
The best part, when you eat it away you can see how the little citrus
is growing underneat. It is a litle labryrinth of all these tiny citrus
bubble clusters. Its kind of like little mandarin bubble diamonds. I
