As it has always been a dram of mine to fly out od Dobbins here in Atlanta. Since I am not military that is not been something I can do. However yesterday, I did get the next best thing. Through my CAP affiliation I was able to go to Dobbins and do about an hour or so of C130 sim time at Dobbins Region Flight Training Center. It was awesome, just like flying the real thing. Of course the distance betwwen the cockpit and the ground on a 130 is way hight than on my piper--my flare needs a bit of work on the 130. I will try to get more another day until I land it perfectly, just have to get the governmet to ok it.

All in all I can not complain since we do not always get these opportunities. Thanks CAP
