Unique and Stylish is Erika Hendrix’ slogan and that’s exactly what the label is – handmade limited-edition clothes and accessories for women and men to affordable prices.
Born in Giessen, Germany in 1984, Erika is now based in Lawton, OK. She has always had an interest in design. During an internship in interior design, Erika began designing and sewing shirts in 2002 as an outlet for her creative energies. In 2005, she created her own independent fashion label called Erika Hendrix, and shops & boutiques all around Germany began carrying her line of shirts. Erika’s passion and flare for clothing design were further introduced to the world during Hessen’s January 2006 fashion show, Hessen Fashion Day, the Freibank Fashion Fair/Show in March 2007 and a Feature/Interview on www.sheunlimited.com in November 2007 as well as several other articles and features that can be found in the Press section of www.erikahendrix.com .
The accessible fashion inherent in all of Erika’s handmade pieces has impressed several musicians such as the No Angels singer, Nadja Benaissa and the band Delicious.
The increasing demand for her designs has prompted Erika to expand from shirts to include dresses, shorts, jewelry, and shirts for men.
