about me
I'm a mommy and grandmother (imagine that!). I teach wellness (yoga and aerobics) and school (third grade)--Tribal and fusion are the yoga that I've been searching for--I've learned so much in such a short time and I feel blissful and awed by the new friends I've made. New doors are opening and I feel alive and ready to receive! Thank you to my old (and new) friends, fellow students, and my wonderful and amazing teacher, Lacey, without whom I would have never started this wonderous journey!
