The Calamity Parade

So apparently there's a company (and by "company" I believe I mean "a couple of guys") who are working on laser etching business cards into beef jerky. Words cannot describe how awesome I think this is.
Also noteworthy is the Frank Frazetta Challenge, in which contestants are required to recreate Frank Frazetta paintings using their friends and a camera. The winners get to be product testers for Meat Cards.

I spend a lot of time thinking about things. I plot and I scheme, and having painstakingly concocted my cunning, step-by-step plan, I then get distracted and disregard it entirely.
In this case, the plan was to begin rebuilding my carnivorous plant menagerie. Somebody once told me that you can always tell how people who grow a lot of exotic plants are doing, because their emotional state will be roughly equivalent to how their plants are doing.
