I was born in shreveport LA, on an airbase during the Vietnam war. I always excelled in reading and writing but did poorly with mathematics unless i was in front of a computer where i could look at mathematics as language. i became trapped into role playing games because i could live inside worlds i created. i wanted to do that in real life and decided to become an architect but i could not do the math. so, i studied literature and learned about the political power of criticism which made me power-mad and gave me an incredibly terrible attitude that i am still trying to destroy. in the mean-time i try to speak and write well and occasionally engage in world-making by myself and with friends. i like working close to being a business owner because by not actually being one i dont have to experience the responsibility, but can be close to the world-making of runnning a business. i am afraid of people but try and keep a few close friends- i love humanity but am frightened of large crowds with which i must interface. because of this fear i am a natural performer. i appreciate contrarianism and firmly believe that nobody knows anything- although i am constantly being convinced and convince otherwise. i am charismatic and over-all pleasant- or not- i'm often grumpy and sometimes an outright asshole. i have not yet seen how I am going to die.
