Is it me or does Kaiser seem to suck up tons of cash while delivering minimal medical care?

I am so stinkin sick of the call center..having to 'get permission' to have service that I have more than paid for. Then having to wait weeks on in...for an available appointment....can we say...hire more doctors! Get rid of some of the call center staff in exchange...money much better spent!!

I only see a doctor when something is broken...sprained or most recently...burned...
