just read about a magician who was also an artist and i want to look into his work, but forget his name. He was english and had his right side paralysed during the bombing of WW2. After, he taught himself to use his left hand. this is all i know.. Any ideas? Pest? Mykaljon? maybe?

So we just marked women's day.. whee.. so when's men's day? I think it's worth noting that while we work towards equality for women, we lack equality in days of recognition. Some might say that "all the rest of the year is men's". But wouldn't the easiest way to reclaim those days for equality be to give men their special day? Can anyone tell me why not?

No other holiday focuses more on diving the lovers from the lonely. Even xmas and such, there's friends and family. But this "holiday" really picks on the single. I've become quite comfortable with myself as company, but I feel it being pushed in from all angles. Trully, one shouldn't require a specific calendar date to show their love.

holy wow.. first year attending this utterly fantastical event. Loved seeing so many familiar faces + new ones too! it's strange returning to this plain plane of existance.. but i'll be back next year! p.s. shayne: the tradition continues- I brought a fish! (but this one was a rescue mission) :)
