Born and raised in FL (Tampa/Lutz/Land o' Lakes), arrived in Seattle in '03 via AZ (Tempe) - love the area, love exploring it. No, really, I do! But for the most part, it's over for now. I'm settling in nicely at the new place, getting my routines down. Jim is going to be a good roommate, if not a bit dangerous - he bakes. Good thing I have plenty of lacing left in my chaps! It's also nice to have a roommate who's open to my having guests and having the space to put them up, so if any tribers are heading Seattle way, give me a shout.

I'd love to stay in this space - it's convenient (lower Queen Anne, right on Aurora), affordable and has great views - but since he's the leaseholder, I'm not sure how much they'd jack up the rent if I assumed the lease. Additionally, it's only...
