I never really know what to say about myself except Im in the process of editing my life story . Hooping has been the catalyst for change, "spinning " my life in a new direction, literally, physically and spiritually. It has led me to a new family, friendships, and renewed my spirit. I'm finally starting to live again, have fun, and grow. Enjoying all the new people I am meeting along the way and sharing my strength I have gained with others.

Just wanted to say thank you for all the birthday wishes that were sent to me in PM's. It was a beautiful day and a nice evening hooping and listening to music on the river front!

I love you guys.. 
Good morning from Sunny LA. I have been awake since 6 am and have watched a beautiful sunrise from the 16th floor of our hotel room. We are staying in Universal City about 10 minutes from the Ellen studios.

Our travel yesterday went smooth for the most part. We arrived to the Louisville airport with hoops in hand and certainly had some odd looks from the staff at Untied when I handed them our hoops well packed in buble wrap and tape. I could see that they were holding back laughing ... read more 
This is just an update for all of you who have been asking for one~ it is now 4:46 am. I have officially been up for 24 hours without sleep, but I am doing okay now.

I didnt find out until almost 11pm when we were actually flying to LA. There had been quite a few phone calls between producers and myself. Finally an itenary... Our plane leaves at 9:17 am, so I will be leaving for the airport about 7:20 am. Why am I still up, seems to be a resonable question! Well I had so much t... read more

Tomorrow Sierra and I will be flying to LA because Sierra is going to be on the Ellen Degeneres Show teaching her some "Hoop Tricks" girls!!!! It is totally crazy.. but here's what happened. A friend submitted Sierra's Hoop Trick Video ( www.youtube.com/watch ) to the Ellen Show ( and told me after the fact). That was about 4 weeks ago, not to long after we posted it.... read more 
Yea! It was a beautiful, warm evening here in Louisville, after snow last weekend it reached 64 degrees! Crazy I know.. but it was a reminder that spring is almost here!

Rhonda and I headed out, hoops in hand to the river front. Spent several hours out hooping, listening to music and working out the stress from the from the week. While we were out we had a chance to share some hooping with a young girl and her little brother. It's always a joy to be able to share some smiles and laughter ... read more
