Day 30
I've had enough and my tongue is not pink. I thought I could go 40 but no such luck. I'm curious to know how long one has to go before tongue is pink again. I can't imagine having that many toxins in your body that a total of 54 days of cleansing wouldn't do the trick.

Day 25
Besides eating bee pollen, I made the 2nd biggest mistake ever. I had a break in will power when cooking food to go camping. I ate a bean and rice burger. OMG, I am so paying for it now. I seriously think I'm going to die with stomach pains. I mean if your going to cheat why not a brownie or ice cream cone. No, mine was smashed black beans, brown rice, one chopped onion and 2 T of salsa all mixed up. Plop it in a pan and dry fry it. It was good but worth the pain? HELL NO!!!

Day 3
Woke up this morning and my tongue is starting to turn white. The first time around it was totally white by day 3, I'm hoping that this is a good sign. You can still see pink on my tongue though. I'll tell you that the second time around is a whole lot easier than the first time. Hoping to drink the lemonade today with my bout with the flu yesterday.

Day 2 from hell
Well we have had the misfortune of being exposed to the Californian flu virus. Which made day 2 a living hell. Because I didn't eat the day before, I didn't do any puking. Not a good idea to do the Senna tea if you think you might be getting sick. Of all the things that I've read about the tea, I personally didn't have any stomach cramps.
