Who am I? That I am still finding for myself -- a question whose answer has evaded me all my life. I cannot give you a straightforward answer nor can I guarantee that I will stay as I am forever, but I will share what I know: I have experienced happiness having no measure -- short moments of sheer joy and bliss. And though short they may be, for life I will keep. I have also experienced sadness having no quantifiable depth. To give up myself for the one I long for – though my love may never really know how much I've given or how much I've given up. Sacrifices I've made -- if it can really be called as such -- is simply between me and our Creator. A helping hand is partly who I am – as long as I am able – expecting nothing in return. This is simply for personal growth and to finish what needs to be done. Let me work with what you have given me and allow me to turn them into treasures of sorts -- something that I hope will bring a smile to a lot of people. And inspite of all the unfortunate events in my life, call me naive for believing still that there is good in everyone. Shelter, 3 meals a day, a comfortable divan -- these things I can live without but please do not deny me of a good laugh, a heart-felt cry, and an intelligible conversation from your faithful company – that is all I ask for myself and the rest I will do for you.
