Coal region
This is where my mother's side of the family was from the late 1890's, and some relatives are still there in Inidana Co. There are a couple interesting "archaeological" sites of coal ghost towns arounf there. My grandmother was born in ( no-longer existing-except as a hike) Wehrum, PA, and there is an interesting museum on Windber, PA.
