about me
I'm basically kinesthetic and aural. I'm a musician and a body worker. I work a lot with helping people to use their bodies more creatively and efficiently when they are playing their instruments and making music. I am a happily transplanted Southerner.

Just finished a concert at First United Methodist in Palo Alto. Thank goodness for churches! They are today the best friends of musicians, in that they are often the places we get to play in. Funny, so much good music was composed for the church, too. But look at how beautiful the First United church is, I get a kick out of playing there.
