I am not done learning, and never will be. To live is to learn, whether about yourself, people that you care about, or the things that surround you. I am looking for people who are passionate, intelligent, and are not afraid to take chances and experience life. You can find me playing volleyball at the beach, at Burning Man events and parties, spending sleepless nights talking to strangers and friends about the meaning of life or nothing at all, hanging out at the coffee shop, or just wondering about the city. And I often have my camera with me. Going to Burning Man and being a part of this community made me realized how much good there is in the world and especially in people, and how an open heart and mind can create wonders.

This is the best electronic music event of the year. I am planning to go. Tickets are $55 now, but they will be going up in price to nearly $100, so I suggest you buy them now. Arcana and I already got our tickets. If you are are concerned about possibly selling the ticket if you cannot go, it will be possible to do so. I've been reading a lot about it - being a fan of Terrence McKenna - and it is definitely on my to do list in the near future. Apparently it is legally available in Southern California, for now, due to the 2006 Supreme Court decision allowing its use under religions practices of a Brazillian church. The governor wants to close Armstrong Redwoods State Reserve, Montana de Oro State Park, Will Rogers State Historic Park (which just finished a $5 million restoration!) and 45 other state parks throughout California.
