Right and Wrong

People's sense of right and wrong is like an unbreakable comb -- it can be bent and twisted all over the place and you don't even need eye protection.

Humans seem to have an unlimited capacity to rationalize their behavior (and mis-remember their motivations and actions)
I know a couple of people who have a strong sense of right and wrong..but mostly I notice that people do what is in their own interest most of the time whether it is ethical to do so or not.

Over the years, It has become more comfortable to accept this truth rather than be surprised and/ or outraged by it over and over.

Such are humans...

Yeah, but you can only bend and twist it so many times before it becomes an incomprehensible mess.

Nah, because if you stop and keep insisting that THIS shape is a comb, then eventually, people seem to believe it.

Well then, as Jean-Paul would say, "Fuck the comb!" or more accurately, "Baisez le peigne!"

Buy a brush ... or better yet, just let 'yer top'knot go all Robinson Crusoe n' shit.
