Let's see, what can I say without getting in trouble. Not like I don't like trouble but...

Why don't I just say that Emma is KNOWN to be super fun and a great conversationalist and being a Brit just makes her all that much more fun. Oh course it also opens up lots of cultural linguistics, habits and history to tease and chat about.

Emma slaves away at her dissertation, day and night, through wind and rain and sleet, forgoing all worldy pleasures for the life of the mind, and "the crown on the thorn of matter, of the matterhorn of the mind . . ." and such.

But when she's not doing that, she's a fun and funny and engaged and engaging person in the world, and a clever Brit who speaks English like a pro, as well.
